SK, vote for a % of the enlarged group. forget about number of shares or SP. look at the assets, look at the debt, look at the production etc. what mcap is fare value? from that work out what 5.5% is. don't matter how many shares. 5.5% is still 5.5% even if 1bn shares of 1m shares in issue.

but here is another way to come to approx same SP of 43p:
Value of Combined equity atributed to PMO´s shareholders: US$ mio 519
so 519 * 0.78 (exchange rate USD to GBP 0.78) = 404.82
404.82m / 143.2m (current mcap at 15.47p) * 15.47 = 43.73p

so at 16p SP is a steal?!

yes that Sky article was using the current mcap of Premier to work out ("infer") the mcap of the enlarged group.
