i'm sure TD bought some shares at the bottom once. Mrd, i remember you posting about it. can't remember what the SP was at the time. but it had fallen alot. maybe it was just a few 100k shares. so still under 0.12%

TD in the Malcy interview a month ago said there would be a lock in for creditors. so thats probably still the case.

looks like MMs walk down the SP this morning towards 14p. but few sellers down there me thinks.

Tosca fund making an offer. thats what Premier could do with. Someone taking a big % then come up with a better offer.

some buys coming in now. i'm not expecting this to go below 14p.

thats great news. hopefully we get that oil price breakout. perhaps see mid 40s brent soon.

i'm thinking many of the short positions are held by creditors. so if as we get closer to finalising this deal those shorts will begin to close and may cause a spike in the SP?

brent could see mid 40s within a few days. its possible if it breaks out of the current sideways trading its been in.

5.5% of £10bn is over 3x current mcap. brent is almost at $42. so what does brent have to be to achieve this £10bn mcap?

oil looks good this evening. with a higher oil price who knows maybe a better offer will come along.

alot of shareholders have high averages here. this deal sorts out the debt but limits the upside. its a less geared oil play. a bit like BP.

or have I fooked up yet again. the only good recent trade was selling Petrofac at mid 130s before it slumped to close to £1.
