Is this is based on the number of shares not share price. So if current shareholders will have 3% of the new company that means the current share issue is 3% of enlarged share issue. So 100% will be just under 1/2 a billion shares so circa £2 a share on completion. Either way multiples from here 😀🚀🚀

If you read the rns it's clear any additional funding will be part of the story share issue. So stop talking nonsense

£1.63 billion NPV over 25 years for an initial £15.7million capex investment over 3 years at a discount rate of 15% is UNBELIEVABLE. It just doesn't happen. This is incredible. I don't think people quite understand how amazing this actually is. Fully loaded here bring on the good times I'm going no where 🚀🚀🚀

I am surprised by the lack of interest and discussion on the proposed deal. I would hope the share price used fir the £30m will be at significant premium to today's price as we are currently massively undervalued. I wonder how soon details will be available. I do think there will be a fairly constant news stream over the next few weeks to drive sentiment. 🤞

I really do think this is transformational, just wish I'd sold at 2.4 this korn and bought back in, hindsight 😄😄

At what point will this properly move. Other shares did better today with no news it's unbelievable. This is stonking news but no-one has patience anymore, want your 5 or 10% . So frustrating but I will be here till next year. There is just no way this will not be multiples of today by then 🚀🚀🚀
