I don't really understand this. It suggests if I am reading it right that as part of the completion of the deal there will be a placing. I understood from the company that the funding for the next 2 years was being provided by the other companies investors??

Given their strategy is to acquire other preproduction or production mines having the ability to raise cash for such opportunities quickly and cheaply makes sense to me and doesn't meant me they are are about to do so tbh. If an op arises they may but that will hopefully be justified by the prize. Imho

The further funding you mention Aim was in the GM RNS. This was weeks before the £400k raise was announced. Given they had authorisation by then to raise significantly more it feels to me this level was sufficient to finalise the activities detailed to production. I don't feel there is an impending raise on the cards. I hope not anyway having just bought in. I did so as given previous RNS an update appears imminent and on the balance of probabilities I believe it is likely to be positive. Good luck all
