Would be nice if some positive fda news came soon, certainly feels overdue for an update considering the circumstances ! We go into another year hoping it might be the one that where the share price takes a turn for the better

does anyone have an idea when we will receive news of the outcome of Phase 2/ moving onto phase 3 for USA ? surely we are also due some clarification of the rights situation and how it played out? ...the wait continues.

Agreed bothwell , really wish communication was better in terms of keeping us in the loop with what’s going on to some degree .

surprising it hasn't been mentioned , are we not over due an update now anyway? I assumed we would of had one within first few days of October when they said in Aug 30th announcement that a type c meeting was happening end of q3.

Does anyone think we will get any clarification of some sort of a plan/timeline going forward ? The announcement came left field for me, as I thought things were finally coming towards fruition due to announcements regarding negotiations ! Very frustrated !

Yes seems we are left in the dark here with what to expect, hopefully p3 can be straightforward at the least to give us a chance ! With the value of the company at such a low level again, could a company be interested in buying the product for themselves if they thought they could commercialise it better ? with my limited knowledge of deals like that I’m not sure if that would even be possible, as we have licenses agreed with other countries so maybe that complicates situation ? Unless they would just swallow up the revenue streams if that ever did happen ? Or could they just own the product in USA for example ? Sorry for all questions, just overthinking looking for potential hopeful outcomes!! , If anyone knows of other companies having been in previous similar situations to us , I would be interested to hear how they played out . Thanks again for the posts bignose and Italian ????

what did dr mike say when you discussed that issue with him? it looks to me that everything hinges on US p3 commencement to bring something to life here, it sounds like they may have something in pipeline if they can get p3 started but what sort of deal it would be who knows.

as in previous times, a long long wait of silence in regards to what is going on with Fortacin. I always assumed it could be a straightforward process due the product having been through the process many years ago but obviously not as timeframes and progress do not always seem to be met on schedule. what's general consensus here about when we will hear anything? of course there is always the chance that something out of the blue appears one day, if so we can only hope for good news

I agree to an extent Italian , I did a lot of reading regarding fda etc and so many drugs going for approval were actually bought out before approval and proof of sales etc but they did tend to be cancer drugs so I suppose a totally different ball game to our offering

Serious lack of communication here , I don’t understand why we don’t get more updates about what’s going on. For years it has been “ talks continue regarding new licenses “ etc with very little to show for it

It really is hard hold here , how long do we give it ? I’ve been here years and it’s always seemed to be news due soon, then months later nothing substantial . Frustrating but hope prevails , maybe one day something nice will show up

Are we not well overdue an update now ? Would love to know if anything has been progressed , seems we are well and truly forgotten right now . Without or until good updates I assume that will continue.

Must be due an update soon! Another long time period has passed with no real update of progress / lack of progress or whatever else is going on with the company .
