Can you elaborate bothwell as to why you think that after recent statements from bignose and Italians ? A counter point would be interesting

I would like to ask you guys thoughts on potential of American market . The previous presentations the company have put out have shown the huge significance of the American market in comparison to eu etc . I assume due to pricing of drugs and ability to market /advertise . Even if the drug had low sales in eu at present time ( which I am not sure of) , could America be a catalyst to raise awareness around the world if it was used and rated highly ? I believe so , but interested to hear thoughts

The company obviously had communications with fda and knew the trial size requirements , I’m sure al the previous euro and us trials could be taken into account in some additional way also .maybe the pieces are falling into place

In regard to the DLI hopefully it’s a positive step , after reading the announcement it seems the 2 consultants are highly qualified ( Harvard and buck institute I think ) so would like to think they know what they are talking about .

read over it a few times.. hopefully this can be the catalyst to a rebound, the data sounds very good and it seems good work has been done in the background and will continue to be , whilst we were all debating and waiting. onwards and upwards

trying to look at the positives.... venturex is holding well and still awaiting news regarding FDA so it can't be ruled out that a good outcome may be achieved !!

I take it the company have no obligation to update the market by today then even though they had stated by end of June ? Really hopeful we can get a good update and turn the corner , would be great if trial has gone smoothly so far

Has fortacin ever had bad results in terms of the effect of it ? I can’t see why all of a sudden this would be the case so I’m quietly optimistic things could turn out ok here.

Venturex on the up again … name change coming … yet the price keeps dropping

Is there a reason the company would hold of until the last few days to release the results ? Or would they be expected to announce them even if they are ahead of schedule ? I will hold of my concern until the end of the month when they said it would be done .

The fact that fortacin got through the euro trials should stand us in good stead now with USA surely , especially in that the product has been sold for a period of time with no negative reports coming out regarding bad side effects etc . Maybe fda trials have a very different criteria to achieve .
I agree with all the years of “ we are in talks with potential partners…” it gets very tiring as I have always thought how can talks take so many years to come to decisions , unless like you said potential partners would be waiting for full end point of all trials . I have previously scoured the internet in research of drug trials and partnership points, but most of the data I could find was for life threatening conditions and they could be taken out as early as pre clinical or phase 1/2 . As fortacin is a unique entity in the medical world and not a life saving product, it’s difficult to gage an idea of what it’s licensees or partners would want before getting involved . The fact we have no idea about user data in Europe , such as repeat orders or general feedback from users also makes it difficult to gather to much knowledge about regular users thoughts of the product .

Yes Italian it really is useless trying to predict the movements in Regents price. after many years you would hope that the stars may align in some way and deliver a spate of good news but as we have seen before there are a lot of factors that come into play so it is unpredictable, all significant lth can do is wait and see but i appreciate getting the thoughts of others here even if sometimes it is not what you want to hear haha

interesting to hear your thoughts italian so thanks . I personally can't see how a prediction of positive results could be factored in to the current price as it is.
strong phase 2 results would be a really strong sign moving forward and therefore if it was to happen i believe we could see another volume and price spike. After all the years of announcements from the company stating that they are in discussions with potential partners it would be nice if things could go smoothly for us for a change and a positive outcome from the trials can be reached at some point relatively soon . I don't know how USA partners would look at it whether they would want completion of all trials or not before joining the party, as other territory deals did come before completion.
with regards to venturex it all depends on how the company play it I suppose, whether its a long or short term hold, now that the price has recovered significantly.
I no longer try and predict like you Italian due to roadblocks previously encountered.

Very valid points bignose . The proof will be in the pudding , it will be about capitalising on news at the right time with the right pr I guess . Of course all this is an “if” right now regarding to news .
About venturex I agree it’s a legacy holding , but it is seriously boosting the value of the company on paper which you would expect would be recognised by the market in some degree but seems to go unnoticed .

If the product was to develop through trials it seems it would get a lot more exposure to people due to news outlets who would no doubt cover the story and the possiblity of medical companies and drs putting it forward.

in regard to the staff of the company, although a lot of negativity towards them on here at times which looking at the share price over last few years is understandable - and maybe I am looking through rose tinted glasses- but they are very experienced and if progress can happen, they may well be knowledgable enough to know how to capitalise on it .

Yeh blows my mind seeing the value on show right now when venturex is motoring and fortacin closer than ever to some big markets- if it can be done and given the green light. I understand we don’t know sales figures from places it’s currently available ,but it’s always been stated the USA is the main market with the way of the pharma world over there .

Exciting times maybe regarding venturex then. If the company can produce the goods with fortacin , it could add some serious value which hopefully would be recognised by the market

I read somewhere in an announcement regent have options to buy more shares of venturex at a certain price ? Has anyone done the maths to see what additional value this could add currently at venturex value ?
