If they are Canadian based with Canadian dollars why do a currency change when you get one for one share?

We are an E & P company. So we explore and produce. In 18 months when these wells will be ready to produce / sell who knows what will happen and what customers we will have. We should not stand still licking our PW wounds.

But my point is reading the Amerisur BB it is almost the same “negative” conspiracy theories about MM, takeovers, etc. Their market cap is X3 of ours but same production but it is so undervalued. Having been in the Ithaca rollercoaster and ended up “happy” I believe SDX is a healthier business be patient team this is a winner. PW for all his over promises is a man of substance.

I am following Amerisur as a potential investment. Market cap 154m, Sdx 53m. We are producing about the same, we are likely to produce double shortly. A lot of chat about MM’s, manipulation, takeovers, BOD rubbish, so cheap, blah blah Blah. I like reading the BB but so much crap posted.

Was also big in IAE. The fact is we were lucky to get 120p no matter what Malcy said. Ithaca went from 20p to 120p in a short timescale. SDX much better prospect: all onshore, low Capex and Opex, production increasing and a market for it. Hold your nerve SDX is owing to be real.

I have not read a more negative post recent. I doubt you are an investor but a group of Trolls targeting SDX. SDX is one of several fantastic opportunities at the moment. Short term hey ho, medium great, long term fantastic. 40 year O &G experience here.

They become a $1B company by commercializing their recent discoveries, shooting 3 D seismic, and carrying out a 12 well exploration / appraisal drilling campaign, as well as workovers. All self funded.

As the well was over-pressured the well design may need upgraded and / or higher pressure rated test equipment sourced. Due to the downturn in the oil industry you cannot get equipment off the shelf anymore and some has long lead times.

TDDirect / Internaxx will sell TSX and buy AIM. I think they are even Canadian.

I am more than happy to spend our cash on exploration wells. We bring our discoveries to the market quicker than most companies and are still building infrastructure. The SP will probably wallow about at these low levels for a while but when it goes up it will probably be fast. The fundamentals of SDX are solid so we just need to be patient.

Directors will all be getting options and/or a black out on buying shares. So in the short term keeping the SP down is clever as that will be their option price.

I said it earlier: info has been leaked, no other reason. Oil price has helped maybe, but not in the past and not to this extent. Expecting an RNS next week. PW will deliver.

Well in the 80’s COS was 10%. With 2D seismic which is pretty basic the COS must be quite low. It’s always a gamble. They will be drilling the best targets for sure.

There has been 4 exploration wells drilled in the North Sea this year. I have been involved in two of them. They were next to producing platforms using every technology available to pick the location. Both were dusters. Maybe it’s just me!
