Scarily we are both from Glasgow, both at Strathclyde, I did Engineering and at least started the MBA, both in O & G. I am not a CEO however! SDX success in their drilling campaign, low cost onshore drilling, is a big attraction for me. I am offshore high cost drilling! Still confident SDX will come good.

They do not have to inform the market if they have been looking at acquisitions, and / or due diligence, or vice versa. However the SP has been going up nicely.

I have no problem with the share awards. It is now in their interest to get the share price up.

At the end of the day us PI's are insignificant in the big picture, more a pain in the ass for the BoD. The majority share holders probably consider this a minor investment. A reverse takeover maybe.? Chariot or Sound?

Small investors need money now so will sell and drive the SP down on small volumes. I am waiting for the bottom, if anyone knows when that is please advise. I was at an internal chat with an Edinburgh Oil company who said they were fortunate to have institutional rather that plebs like us who constantly ask questions. Time for bed!

I will be. Just waiting for the bottom, wherever that is. The directors do not get paid that much for an O & G company and I do not begrudge them a reward for their hard work. Lost a massive amount here but keeping the faith. Squelchy pumped the SP up but it was his timings that were exaggerated ultimately.

That's £270,000 a year, maybe £135,000 after tax, just over £11k a month. Not a lot for a CEO of an O & G company. Katherine will not earn that for sure. They will also have share options, so why buy more.

She probably doesn't have much money to spare.

Approximately £22k net sales wipes out around £3 million of value?

At least one of today's sells are actually buys. The two at 19.2 I suspect.

I support the share buy back. Value for shareholders and reduces the day traders.

Same here. Put in a limit order of 19.8 but taking forever to fill.
