Not defending anybody but money 9th October looks fairly positive to me.

You tell him viking and quite right too .... I know he enjoys it so shouldn't underplayed it.

Spade maybe I should have said the updates have not had the desired affect we all want to see on the share price I know as well as you this will rocket once the wider public get the message and the sooner the better so all ggp holders can seethe benefits.

Up till now there hasn't been any worthwhile updates but in the not to distant it will be different and then watch the upward curve .
