Thought that only applied for the entirety of a company not a joint venture as in part of a company.

Footnote ....been in the share for 2 years so not a day trader.

I certainly would not be happy getting taken out at 25p because my many buys have averaged out at 21p not much incentive there.

Everybody keeps banging on about 80% holding by private investors there is no certainty that all of them will hold out for a higher offer ... nobody can guarantee that everybody has a different entry level.

I don't see any valid reason for putting FS back to February just to align with newcrest's timetable if the resources are so huge get them out there for all to see.
