why is it taking so long to add the remaing shares to the tsx stock exchange? is it because the current sp is too high and it needs to be 3.25p equivalent or lower

agree with you gecko, a deal will be at least double digit sp like 10p as you see aue gold resource is pretty high around grade 3-4g/t whereas most gold deposits around the world is averaging less than 1g/t and only a few top 10g/t

Had a quick read on takeover bid, mng needs 20% voting rights to start takover, now they got 10% so when they get up 55% they can start a bid which can takes 35 days, and mng needs at least 90% (of the securities not owned by the bidder and its affiliates) accept the offer like 4p for example, so we are safe for now. Correct me if i'm wrong.

like i said LTH the one who bought in the highs or on the first gold pour will get screwed big time unless they average down big time like meself now average 13p and i still i feel nervous that i might get screwed
