i can see 2,703,000 shares traded at 3.06p and it look like a buy, if you look at grant of options to directors the number of shares look very close to Serhan Umurhan, since the exercise price is 3.38p and they bought the shares cheaper at 3.06p so Serhan got an extra 3000 shares for free? now we just need to look out for 2,250,000 buy for Geoff Eyre and hopefully RNS will be out soon

FYI Institutional Investors except for ifc have not sold their holdings and the reduced holding from 38% to 22.3% is caused by the 2nd tranche of MNG shares added to the stock exchange

Have the company hostages been released yet by the locals?

i am not convinced, have a large seller or ifc finished selling, or placing already done, or maybe directors have bought millions of shares for themselves

has gone down from 10p to 7p, lets hope IFC sell all its 32 million shares and that will be 32 million less share from the total then nav per share should go up a little

In the RNS they said they need further funding for full production restart, so i wonder when will that happen? before q3 update? or before the processing plant have achieved steady state operations for a continuous period of 60 days? if they raise equity like last time $30 million cash for shares then that will be good as that will increase the bank balance of aue.

maybe International finance are just shorting or finished shorting so bailing out after making huge profit from shorting, just my guess myabe they want to invest else where since aue is a huge dissapointment

i hope so, now we just have to wait until q3 update, then mng buying more shares or not to raise more equity to get mine into full production and hostage situation's and probably more bad news so i expect sp to go back to 2's like the last two times, people are selling because they are in profit when they bought in the 2's

maybe they want to takeover the mine as cheap as possible and they don't need to put it in an rns instead they say we will keep the listing in aim and tsx for as long as possible, mng bought it to make money for themselves, the ones whos going to lose are the small shareholders, i hope i am wrong but i still holding my shares at 13p average

the only way to stop sp falling is mng start buying more shares like last time, blame mng/aue for stating in rns they need more equity to get mine into full production, sp is now on strong support if it breaks then 2.5p

has that been resolved and whys no rns or included in the q2 update?

The plant isn't fully in production right now, they have repairs and still need permits. Also they will need financing to bring it up to full production. so i wonder when will they going to buy more shares and increase our cash in bank like last time and at what price? probably same as last time or lower share price. "Since the recommencement of processing operations, gold shipments have resumed with the Company pouring and shipping approximately 3,500 ounces of gold." So it appears what they have produced 3,500 oz for Q3 thus far :(
