aj1k institutions don't care if they make a loss, because the money they using are their clients not theirs, if institution make money then great they get a bonus, if not they still get paid fees and salary etc, anyway if they make a loss here they still got other stocks to cover their losses

henderson still got more than 30 million shares and i think they and other big shareholders would have already ask other companies like moto, nokia if they interested to buy sepura, will there be other counter offers in the future? if not then in the last rns the bod should say there will be no more offers or higher bid than 20p then everyone have no choice but to accept 20p. This is one of the worst takeover yet compare to takeovers for like ARM, BRAM, FFY, EZV SKY etc in the last few weeks, or maybe the bidders are chinese, i am not being racists because i am chinese too myself and i know what they like

if you buy under 20p then you know you are going to make a profit and thats why there are lots of big buys under 20p, if you buy 1m shares at 19.5p and sell at 20p you will profit £5k

the sp dropped to 12p and after that it has topped around 26p, so expect hytera to offer a better price next week maybe 22p or higher offer from another co like moto 26p max, i don't expect anyone to pay over 26p unless they are very desperate to buy sepu, remember sepu has a market in america, south america and europe the hytera will need these now as it will save them money and time
