Companies will look to see what higher wages coupled with higher NI etc will cost and then see how many employees they need to cut to maintain the same expenditure.

So more people on the dole claiming benefits from less people in the workplace to pay for it all.

If both parents earn £59,000 each they will qualify for full child benefit with a combined income just under £120,000.

If one parent does not work at all and the partner earns £81,000 then they will not get anything for the children. Something isn’t right in the way it is calculated and proportioned between a couple.

It sends a message to employers that they will be potentially more selective in who they take on.

Job selection may involve more background information on past employment like sick and length of service, even though it will be difficult if not impossibleto ask for this.

For young women with no children work may be more difficult to find and the same for young families. Companies could be viewing women 40 plus as a more viable option for stability.

For men there are probably less issues.

Don’t flatter yourself. Looking at various random posts of yours here and ITM, there is I believe a clear pattern as to the type of person you are, but then I am not a professional.

It is obviously clear you are obsessed with people being narcissists, posting on the ITM board and HERE on Lloyds. You openly admit you bait people, change the direction of topics, demand to be called by your full username but don’t respect the other way, insist to being polite and not use expletives but do it yourself.

Can you see a picture building up to what sort of person you could be? Have you ever had help or been diagnosed with something yourself? Perhaps if you share it with us we can make adjustments and allowances for any conditions you have.
