It’s better to own a very small share of an allotment on a farm that’s turning over tens of millions, than owning a field on a small farm that’s underwater….isnt it?

They are tied in for at least 12m then another agreement to stay in for another 12m I think…

And even if Hav doesn’t start til 2027, Telfer should be ready at the end of the year…

I get it, I really do. I initially bought in at about 25p, just after the peak, thinking I was clever…Obviously I wasn’t…

But, I did join this group and started to do as much research as I could understand, and that only encouraged me to buy more shares, very risky for me, but this time I knew I had average down. Long story short, my average is 10.6, so still underwater badly. But imho we have already weathered the worst of the storms. With a different bunch at the helm this could have gone so differently.

I’ve accepted there’s no easy way any of this could be done, just the fact we are where we are is amazing. I appreciate it frustrating, but I think this is the absolute best deal that could’ve been done.

I may not ever be a multi millionaire out of this, but I’m hoping it will be more than £1m worth over time! 🤞

Of course it’s not done til it’s done, but it’s looking extremely positive.

In terms of Hav, I really don’t know. I’m not the sharpest tool in the box, so all the technical stuff is probably best left to the guys who know their Ar ses from their elbows. But you can bet your ar se that they will want to progress that asset as quickly as possible, using revenue from Telfer & the debt facility to finance it.

It may not for a few months…

But when the revenue starts to roll in when Telfer is fired back up again I think that will be the catalyst for the share price rise everybody here wants. When we start mining Hav and are established as the regional hub, things could really take off.

It may just as easily jump up tomorrow as we now have assets 100% owned, and a cracking team of companies & directors working toward the same goal, getting this stuff out of the ground, which wasn’t the case in the previous raises.

Either way, I’m hanging in there.

The potential upside here far outweighs the negatives. Newmont will hold 20% of GGP, Wyloo 8%, £750m debt facility, gold mine, processing plant, new Jo’s.

The big boys think this has got legs….
