Not that new though, been here since 2021, although had nothing useful to contribute as only had a token holding then @ 25p av. Learnt more about GGP from the excellent posters on here, and of course cross referenced as much info as I could.

Continued to build my holding since my understanding of the situation improved, and now averaging 9.6p. Still underwater by a margin, but very comfortable to see this through, particularly now!
