I've been thinking during the night and I have a strong feeling this will finish above 15 today and move upwards to mid 20's by the end of the week.
This clears up the warrants issue and leaves Val nicely poised for the reports to come after the 7th.

Looking back through the Satu story it reminded me of my many years moderating a forum.
Bank holiday weekend bring out the wind up merchants.
Would Satu really try to defend the indefensible?
Science is/was great, financial management was awful.
The latter is what seems to have changed and the hopefully the science can now take over and drive us higher.

One thing I've learned in life is that opportunity to really change ones life occurs once every few years.
I remember hearing about Google and thinking what an odd name.
Needless to say I didn't but any shares but I did embrace websites and my business bever struggled for enquiries again.
I believe this is another opportunity and the linking with Google at least by inference will significantly increase the sp.
The real prize however is being in at the beginning.
Something to tell the grand kids about!!

I've included smart phones as hand computers.
Computing was a slow burner to begin, used in pay roll, routine manufacturing etc.
Personal computers and then smart phones led to the exponential growth we are now familiar with.
AI and Robotics are here now and in 10 years time people will think how did we ever cope without.
I really believe this could be an entry level share and I dont usually do hypebole

I am a holder here although smaller than in the past.
I also hold Val .
I also moderated an industry forum for 15 years so I know suggesting the share price has not bottomed yet is less popular than saying it's going to multi bag.
I also accept that it's end of August and things drift but the need to raise money hangs over these types of share.

I know it's not a popular view but businesses dont wait until they're almost out of money before trying to raise some more.
What other explanations are there for the almost daily drop?

Sar have said they need to raise more money and it usually happens at .6!

The trouble with Sar is a placing at .60 is expected and being factored in.
Potential is great but reality keeps rearing its ugly head.

At present Val has hardly any published results and a history of financial mismanagement.
However unless you believe G&M were corrupt then it's hard to believe trials have got this far without there being a significant chance of some success .
A very low market cap leaves a lot of room for big gains.
Don't bet your house but it must be worth holding enough to make a difference to your life.
Added bonus of making a massive improvement to the poor people who have these horrible conditions.

A potent combination and directors have plenty invested so not just an aim expense account .

As the share price has finished below 15 the warrant process is reset.
It will be interesting to see where the floor is.
I can see a run tomorrow as a lot of newcomers will be sitting on diminishing profits.
Every investor must make their own decision.
I've reduced significantly but still hold some.

It's important to remember that the warrants were part of the recent placing at double the price, which shows the progress and upward trend.
The board would be incompetent and fraudulent if they didn't put the shares in place for the exercise of the warrants.
If I had some I'd keep them and I believe many will.
They are much more valuable at 50p.
Shows a well run company which investors are happy to put their money in.

If all your new investments are in a SIPP or Isa you won't have to pay capital gains.
If your current Val investment soars you could take some profit this year and some next thereby getting two lots of allowance.
You would need financial advise but it would be a good problem to have.

Finishing level after such a strong rise is a very good sign. Investors with a bit of patience and happy to top up .

If this finishes neutral which I believe is likely then it will be a good day.

I too became fed up with the constant dilution and didn't really look in for a couple of years.
When I did a few weeks ago it seemed to have morphed into a real company ( I know some here were very much responsible for that!)
I bought in and now wish I was bolder.
Pharmas are in the frame and any good news sends this into multi bagging territory.
