Even with the overpaid chairman telling everyone that he hopes to sell the assets by the end of the year, you still can't sell the shares for as much as 3p! Either the market doesn't believe him after so many misleading RNSes (ie the JORC resource is due "shortly" yet never arrived, even years later) or they do believe it's happening but there is finally some realism about the assets being worth 50-100m USD rather than these absurd figures of multi billions.
