before the fundraise i believe just based on the assets, we had a book value of 4p, which gave a market cap of 50 million.
add the 15 million pound raised and the additional shed load of shares added, a fair value of 1p is not unreasonable.
and that is before any deals are announced....

massively down compared to thursday and friday,
looks like the PI's who brought at 0.25p are starting to fizzle out, once they are gone this will start to rise back up just based on the fact we are fully funded.

Retesting of balcombe and re connection at SFB (Q4) will be the trigger for the herd to return, it happened with Brockham testing, the SP will rise to 10p if not higher.

we have to remember the past year has been an absolute disaster, the hype of star wars followed by vonk being ousted, the kimmeridge at brockham being a duster, then the resubmission of balcombe EWT, which took nearly a year.etc etc

where are we now is in terms of the share price starting again from scratch, SFB is within a few weeks of being approved and a couple of months of being on site, a more palatable Balcombe EWT submission is due to go in this month, they should start getting a few BOPD from brockham and lidsey soon, gas prices are due to rise significantly, a long shot could be Balcombe EWT starts this year?
with a fair wind come Q4 the SP will be many multiples of where we are today.

the trolls and the rampers will soon get their answer, its all about delivery and income generation from gas and oil.

i assume the placing was agreed with the ii's when the SP was in the doldrums, the sp then rose significantly when the top 10 Healthcare company RNS was dropped, without that RNS we would have been in the 0.6-0.8 region...

so we are now fully funded, backed massively by ii's, have a growing list of products, expanding our manufacturing base but at the cost massive dilutions...

until the pi's willing to make a quick profit disappear its batten down the hatches and concentrate on other shares...

Could you give an estimate on when you expect to test Balcombe? Also how is timing on Saltfleetby going? Asked on 31 May 2020
We aim, as stated, to resubmit our planning application to West Sussex County Council as soon as possible. If the application is resubmitted during June and approved within the statutory 13 week period, the we should be on site in Q4.

Saltfleetby has two planning applications – one for the site, already submitted, and one for the pipeline extension which we advised would be submitted before the end of May. Although we have not met this precise date, our expectation is that the deviation will not be significant – i.e. of the the order of days not weeks.

Again, the subsequent calendar remains in line with previous guidance although we continue to encounter some of the expected side-effects of the lockdown. Our aim is to provide a much more detailed step by stem timetable before the end of summer.
