There are two black rock entities listed as shareholders on my IBKR account. NOt saying this data is the final truth. However only one of them has reduced shares from what I can see.

My ownership log shows:

59% drop in institutional ownership --> goes along with Anthony Chow's comments

BlackRock (Luxembourg) S.A. 440K shares and hasn't decresed in recent month.

BlackRock international Ltd. 9M share --> I think is the one we talking about. isn't it?

So who knows how many shares BlackRock will sell actually?

I don't have any idea why the SP tanks still tough.

The only guess is that smart money doesn't like Jim Mellon's fee construct and foremost his intransparency that foresters uncertainty. Nobody likes unnecessary uncertainty.

Listing in in the U.S. and Hong Kong market

Create a proper maintained communication department.

Get finally a reasonable institution to invest after Black Rock dropped out.

Work relentlessly on Liberation Lab deal - whatever it takes

Phillip Boigner and JM invest a reasonable amount of money to reassure conviction (the latest buys of JM are laughable and feel like a joke to calm the public)

I mean, the change in leadership (replacement of Anthony Chow) was and still is an example for really bad communication. No personal introduction of Philip Boigner nor any 100 day agenda that would line up the measures that will be taken in order to turn the ship. Nothing.

@Matador78: you have warned a lot and in very generic terms. What I miss is concrete data about each company's track records and final/current state. I believe no one in this forum really knows what exactly you are referring to without having some reliable sources to look at.

PensionDeficit, what does it even change? The product Meatly will sell is of such low volume. Meatly just adds some grams of lab grown chicken to a pant based cat food. Additionally, they have not yet proven to be capable of scaling their production up to the necessary levels.

It is not like they don't executed. During the day with a reasonable limit or of cause market type order they do get through.

However, it is more like hours of waiting and hoping that it will happen and that your set limit price will still be effectively able to be executed before the ask price jumps higher already and one would need to adjust the order conditions.

Since I have five active orders not fulfilled since this morning 10am , three smaller ones ~5000-30000 shares being type "Market", two bigger one type limit --- I really feel the illiquidity and this doesn't feel great.

In times where you really wanna act because it counts, the illiquid trading situation prohibits to reach a deal even if you apply small type market orders which don't find a match.

That can be a risk.

While addressing multiple critical points, the slides were carefully crafted and clearly in favor of Agronomics looking at what and how data has been presented.

Nevertheless he talks about some of the negatives. This is great.

However, the message is still the same: "We are victims of the macro env conditions" "We are going to be much better than the plant based products" "Yes the shareprice is bad -- however look how bad out competitors are"

No word regarding the fee structure and no word on what institutional investors feedback at this point of time.

Personally I would have loved to see more emphasis on their credibility and some examples of why Agronomics Ltd. is trustworthy and integer place to invest.

There have been five "unknown" relative high value and value trades today.

I did the same. I experience Anthony Chow to be very responsive so far even to critical questions . Also they added another section to their homepage regarding the fee structure. not really adding lots of information. However at least they try.

Another strategy I want to suggest is getting in touch with the major shareholders and ask how they see the situation and especially the fee structure. And then whether they would be willing to push the topic using their leverage. Because from what I know Anthony cares a lot about them and holds regular calls with institutional investors in order to keep them happy or aquire new ones.

@gosan This is fmpov stretgically, following venture capital firms, the correct thing to do. On a empirical and rational basis it is recommended to not always invest in follow up rounds but rather do it once in the earliest state since the piece of the cake is the biggest in the earliest stage. Further down the road one can double down on obvious winners like liberation labs. But generally the best strategy in venture capital is investing once and waiting. So at least here the Agronomic Management acts somehow reasonable and in line with common practise in the industry.
