The last time a bigger investor sold it was BlackRock, and it took them some months (while pushing the SPO down signigifantly) to finally drop their last shares -- the share price went down to 3,6 back then.

So, the question who sells still is reasonable fmpov inspite of generally high long term conviction.

I don´t see the sells happening ¨on pair¨ but rather on the lower end -- the bid price. If spread is ask 6.5 -- bid 6.2 -- then the sell went for 6.2. Lots like this. So I don´t get what you say.

Anyone concerned regarding the very low cash balance?

Can you find a particular position in the NAV report you can reference to?

In the current NAV report, the cash balance is stated as 4 million. Down from ~10 million.

Where did this 6 million go?

I could not find a particular reason or investment or anything that explained the decrease of the cash balance.

I strongly support this idea and opinion. Language matters. Always did and currently displayed perfectly by the emense effort of the U.S. administration to erase everything arround DEI of their official pàpers and homepages, using tons of staff to do cultural language cleansing, making the renaming of the Golf of Mexico ahhh sorry America :-) the biggest event, and simply showing everyone how important language is and how much priority it gets assigned from the executive branch if you really want to shape a new narrative and culture. In this case I personally find it sad. However, the same time it supports your argument and the importance of shaping a collective narrative of how a product is perceived.

Yes. this is kind of the PR campaign of Agronomics. Not super impressive to me so far. Not sure how many other categories they are planning. I would love them to bring in some more YouTube and Instagram influencers and investment channels.

Just saying 4p is reasonable is like saying I like Coke more than Pepsi.

There has been really great modeling done in the articles of Oak Bloke and the Investor Chronicle as well as the reddit posts from Kuentai.

Hence, at this point you need to pull up a little more due diligence to shock people.

One thing that is impossible to overlook in comments across the board is the struggle people have to order the ticker. It appears to be clearly a unnecessary but severe boundary as long as ANIC is not listed on an easy accessible stock exchange that supports all brokers. Many complete not finding the ticker at all or have to pay a fee of 50 dollar for each order. Changing the broker just because of this stock - unlikely.

Hence, fmlov, this definitely keep the demand artificially low and the SP from raising and therefore Agronomics from raising new funds and therefore from growing and investing more.

I notice that in spite of continuous news flow and significant events such as the Lib Lab funding and Meatly putting products on the shelf, the number of sellers at low prices with relatively high volumes doesn't stop.

This has been discussed plenty of times, and always someone found new reasons why this is. Very popular are the following:

- food market out of favour

- VC money focuses on AI and food tech is out of favour

- The UK is a horrible place to raise money and do business

- The top one of the past three years: It's the macro environment.

- The stock is not accessible. fo U.S. investors

- etc...

These are all great reasons—but they simply DO NOT explain why so many people who are already invested would sell stock at price levels between 3.6-4.2p, including BlackRock back in October.

What has been your thought when you received this timeline?

Unfortunately, after all I've been witnessing the past years, my immediate thought was:

"okay, mid-2026, if at all."

This is not to be pessimistic; rather, I try to consider the a priori data points in order to tailor my prediction model, and also, unfortunately, I don't have other data than continuously missed timelines as a base.

2026 would be still great. However, I wish I could say, "Great, that is going to be amazing in q3/4". But history tells me differently. Unfortunately.

I am only talking of my personal impression and state of mind.

While, I am bullish overall, I've been build up mistrust when it comes to the announced timelines of the portfolio companies. It started with Blue Nalu in 2020 telling investors they will have a product on the shelve in 2021 :-).

I hope the feedback I got from Agronomics Management, conveyed a general acknowledgment of the mistrust that's been built up and the willingness to adress this will repair some of the damage it has done to VCs (maybe also BlackRock selling out).

Great commentary Steve Molino as always. The main problem with Syn Bio and Precision Fermentation isn't simply bird flu or price parity--because the technology is clearly here--the main hurdle is we have no place to produce any of these technologies at scale. The industry needs to build massive PF facilities and capacity at scale for these new technologies to be adopted by industry incumbents--without scale its hard to see them replacing anything meaningful to make a difference. The PF Infra needs to move in parallel with the technological advances--it has not. Great companies like Liberation Labs and planetary leading the way there --but its simply not enough. Its a bit of a chicken and the egg situation--no pun intended.

Was anyone at the general meeting and can report whether sole of the pressing questions have been answered?
