Hey Chippy - pretty much spot on, you'll only be able to move 20k's worth as that is the allowance. Once you've done that you will have used your yearly allowance so cannot use the ISA anymore.

You need to call the broker and they'll complete a bed and ISA. Which is a quick sell and then a purchase with the new shares in the ISA.
