As previously mentioned come up with your own NAV. Is that particular investee company worth more or less than SEED paid. Factor in sentiment/market conditions/expected PF news.

Have you seen the NAV SP historic chart by any chance.

It is sentiment/perception only that will move this significantly when we get news. Throw in the current market panic where money chases money on huge news and we could witness an over valuation giving the super spike.
