Why would IMG Arena create a sales deck for their virtuals and entitle it Leap_Sales_Deck_2022?

The gambling commission website is the complete giveaway that Leap is going to be sold to Endeavor.
Look at the imgarena website their licenses are via the Gambling Commission but they haven’t applied for the virtuals license or the casino license. Leap have applied for these licenses. Add the 2 Img Arena licenses to the 3 Leap licenses and you have the complete set that Img Arena need for their gambling suite.

Anyone think a company the size of Endeavor is going to let a non-owned company control their virtuals and total casino?

My opinion is that Endeavor buy Leap then they IPO Leap. The Endeavor model is entirely based on acquisition growth and it makes little sense to be the largest marketer of a company driving Leap deals and to use Leap as their exclusive Casino, slots and virtual sports supplier and to give away 75% of all profits.

That’s nonsense Takayama. The IPO is based on the games they currently have, the investors they currently have and the full integration into a multi billion corporation’s flagship betting product suite.

You don’t create a corporate sales presentation for a company you only currently hold 25% and call the deck title Leap Sales Deck unless you are buying the complete company.
