I’ve said for a long time as soon as a company lists then they should divi the stock up and we as individuals can decide to sell or keep. See rationale for portage dividend rather than portage holding the dividend monies.

Ok let’s say Leap sells for £9 m current MCAP.
Rick option they do a massive buyback of shares. How they going to do that? Soon as they start buying SP rises and people sell into the rise.

Leap sells for current mcap and we get a 6p divi on each share we hold.

How do you imagine the BOD ever get reward for their years of holding without dividending.

They will ultimately sell Leap and give a cash dividend. May well sell for more than current mcap. Anything else that lists I’ll be putting pressure on to give stock dividends.
