Huge news for Leap.

I’m interested to know who else is in the consortium.

FFWD can only bullet point the company RNS (which they have)and then produce the company RNS in full.
Doing anything other than that is not allowed.

There is a large gap between the regular Aim placing (if you see the words ‘for general working capital’ that in 100% of cases means ‘this cash keeps us paid & lights stay on until we need to raise again) and a placing that tells you what they are doing with the monies.

In the case of Portage

(i) further dev of immune-oncology portfolio (treatments that take advantage of the body's I-S to fight cancer)
(ii) formation 1 or 2 new companies (see NYSE:BHVN $200 million dividend)
(iii) Company list on NASDAQ

Why would Ed need to offer a ‘hold my hand’ guide to what it means to people who don’t hold or don’t have any knowledge of Portage.

The sentiment for this stock is shot to pieces due to Board inaction over last 2 years.

The Portage RNS is spectacular but only to a few people who know the story. The market will be along shortly when Portage lists on Nasdaq and trades at several bags up from today’s price.

The LTH have bought up all the cheap stock and there is just a small floating chunk that traders currently flip for 10% gains/losses.

General market sentiment returns to FFWD and we will have a significant rise on buying pressure and a spectacular rise on any monetising event.

Portage value will be moving significantly over the next few weeks.

I’ve been quietly biding my time with FFWD and especially with Leap (mostly ignored the amateur deramping ), because I’ve waited patiently for the launch of the Official Sports and also their casino and slot games.

Here is where Leap quicks on and it does really become the global money spinner.

They hold the ultra valuable live streaming rights to the sports. Any bookmaker in the world who wants to access the live streaming (and who wouldn’t when their competitors will take them up) will be FORCED to take 4 star membership to the Arena to access the event centres (who will host the live streaming) which of course for us, includes the certified Virtual Sports & casino.

At this point it is worth noting that the casino is all Leap products.

Expect to see quite a spectacular global launch of IMG Arena by the mighty Endeavor Group Holdings.

Leap has something else that makes them stand apart and I’ll discuss that at an appropriate time, when we aren’t discussing the Official games.

Those figures were when Leap where at their embryonic development stage.

Pre IMG buy in, pre IMG Arena being created, pre any online gambling sites hosting any of their games, pre Official ATP tennis, pre Official USPGA & EURO Tour golf, pre Official NASCAR, pre any of their slot games being thought about, let alone released, pre 888.com, pre BWIN, pre SportingBet, pre MansionBet, pre Zlatan Ibrahimovic, etc etc etc

Anyone who still believes that 44% of all the above isn’t worth considerably more than the FFWD Mcap is deluded.

So in no way relevant

You won’t see any specific virtual sports revenues from even large listed companies.

So I don’t see why Leap an unlisted company is going to give revenue figures for their games as that would give competitive advantage to other companies.

The agenda here seems to imply that because an unlisted entity hasn’t released any revenue figures that the unlisted entity is trying to hide the figures. Which is an incorrect deduction based on the fact that large listed companies do not provide specific breakdowns within their results.
