I’m sure they’ve looked at Draftkings reversing into a shell on Nasdaq in April at $10, MCAP of ~$3 billion and seen what’s happened. Gambling is so in vogue at the moment. US Supreme Court ruling (this made FFWD stop negotiating to sell Leap at the end of 2017 as they now knew Leap was worth far more due to ruling)supporting a New Jersey state ruling which would make sports gambling at casinos and racetracks legal once again. Essentially the law now means that States can individually allow gambling as the Supreme Court decision superseded previous Federal gambling outlawing.
Draftkings hit $40 today with a $12 billion MCAP.(up 300% since listing.)

The US blackmarket betting industry is around $400 billion a year.

Another even more recent example U.K. listed GAN delisted and had their IPO in May (again Nasdaq) at $8.50 now trading 6 weeks later at 200% up at $25.

We also know Leap were on the verge of listing on an American Exchange in 2017.
