Evening all, even if we don’t get the merger documentation soon we Should get an update on ordering of equipment for the August start.

Thoughts for the next few months.?
It appears the vote on the take over is on hold until we can find a venue for the egm.
Presumably the building is to start in September sometime? I guess parts for the first couple of sites are on order.

Does anybody know this site to establish what the habitant is?. It seems an awful long wait to start building!
I suspect that all the kit is really for delivery to site after the base is put in.

I know its been discussed on many occasions but I can see benefits for both companies in a JV at a few sites in the future. Id be interested to know what the current feeling is?

Would it work when it comes to overseas sales?

Good morning, I appreciate every bodies tax liability is different but will their be any problems with the impending takeover? I haven't seen any mention of it on this board yet.

I think this has been argued before on this board and the consense was that although not completely zero rated it is better than anything else on the market currently.

I'm just wondering whether we shall see any of the £22b on offer from the government. If it's anything like the time it's taking to grant planning then the answer is no.
If the nation was serious about plastic disposal the approval would have been granted long ago. All the developments at Thornton should have had the councils planning along side so building could and should have started last year. Again another lost opportunity.

Storey good morning. At the beginning of last year I suggested the 2 companies become one as I thought the 2 would confuse any one wanting to purchase.
I am in the camp who think it's immaterial what value you put on the 2. We've just have to wait to see the details.
Anyway I'm holding for the time being.

Excellent Manabouttown at 0615. I've held for a couple of years and not about to sell soon. I to think to value both companies is incorrect ? Let both companies bring their assets to the party then we can all benefit
