Exactly Kilgever - we are talking about a guy that missed out on a PMO rally once because he went and set a stop loss incorrectly using a decimal, which triggered an immediate sale of his holding - enough said.

Nothing wrong with being frustrated Mrd when you are in big, take all the risk and see a blip in POO create an oversell. Fallen more than ENQ and got more chance of bounce.

If PMO were the landlord you would be evicted and a convertible bondholder would move in and keep your wife!

It is frustrating though that enq SP doesn't go up much with it and then comes down by a disproportionate amount when it falls.

DK - there was a million + buy this morning. Send the SP from 22.1 ish to 22.76

Don't get me wrong - I see Red's argument and I have said it often with annoyance to the attitude toward debt.
I don't agree with looking for new wells and drilling but if there is an existing proven asset then the risk reduces and we know certain parties want out of the north sea. Small to them and big to us. I have seen a lot of big companies let things go cheap.

Everything bad here is linked to Solan, no return and bent over for refinance.

Red - if the second house made you more money each month than the debt payment you would do it.

Red - but if there are some really good deals to be had and they finance well they should do it. What if TD sees the fact big players are leaving as a chance to get assets on the cheap - they should do it in overall terms it would improve things. PMO should not just sit there and miss out.

red - I agree to some extent, and it affects ENQ and TLW also. GENL has no debt, what is it doing today - operating in a country most people decent money wouldn't invest in.

No one with good money needs to buy PMO. Until they improve leverage that won't flow.

Problem is likely what has happened to the whole market this morning. Lets hope it comes back later.

Its the wider market - whole thing is down. Maybe those activists are still glued together and stopping the trades ;)

Gearing is still up near 1.9.
Wish the market would give ENQ a break.
