Members - switch off for a bit then - just keep the occasional eye on oil price. I think the debt repayment isn't fantastic, but if Brent does what I think it is about to will be a lot better. I don't believe all the hype about US production (or the figures they lie to the world about each week), I think SA want oil over $80 - why wouldn't they when it is all they flipping have! Its not like they can start breeding camels to meet a huge and rising global demand - I have never wanted one.

Members - you need to look beyond PMO, it doesn't owe you anything. ENQ has trading update Thursday, my guess is traders are expecting that to be good based on watching the deliveries.

Members - only thing that is dangerous is buying too much of one share - I do it more often than I would like to as well. Since you bought at 180 have you ever traded it? I know what it is like to be stuck in a share, in the end I gave up on it and I trade, has its moments - like selling this for 75p and watching it go over 100p.....

I think there will be more selling of PMO today because the win was against the rest of the market.

I often think the people that place short positions have a portfolio of bets against companies (unlike us), if one goes belly up they don't care.

elise - don't be surprised on the day if the SP drops at first. Seen it so many times, its almost like a deliberate panic out of over-invested PIs, then the rise comes.
Not sure what to expect but overall I see no issues - solid production and brent is $70 (touch wood). Don't forget the hedges also.
Unless Catcher has a production issue I can't see any negatives.
