Alfa - yeah. I never bought it. It is HNR renamed and switched to growing Marijuana v O&G exploration.
I have a couple of small punts (STRL - now all lost), WSG and ARS on the go - not material though mate! Having one more was just a bit too much! Had to be the one that flew!
I had actually made a joke it would reach an all time high! Joke is on me now.

50% sounds great but I have done some awful things this year. I was on holiday all cashed out in July and I just couldn't stop myself buying back - then markets crashed 30% with me in them. I had made the 50% by April so it doesn't feel that good if you know what I mean - most of it made on ENQ (all in ) at 16.12 - who in the city would let you do that as a strategy!

Alfa - I sold up.
Maybe the deal will go through and I will miss out on Monday rises but I considered:
1. Am 50% + up this year - got to be happy with that.
2. If it does rise it won't send PMO to 140p in a day so I can always join in the party later.

It is a guess - just like the one I had to make in June 2016 - I sold out before the vote - kicked myself when the market rose that day then couldn't believe my luck the next morning when the vote came in.

Lost my punt on STRL yesterday - no harm done in terms of the loss (not material v my portfolio) - I should have gone for that Marijuana share Zoe (now doubled).
You look at STRL though - £8m float and two years later - nothing, blaming market conditions for not finding an acquisition\getting backing to buy the target. Most of AIM is just a transfer of SH cash to so called Directors pockets.

So what if Mike31 ramped the share - maybe he was invested in it - people tend to do that you know. Man up FFS.
No one forces you to click buy or sell.
This will see 8p again.

I agree on Zama, sold my bank shares today - I think the market misinterpreted the Brexit info - DUP still to get past.

Fox - I holding - only in at 9.8 ish. Last time I bought at 9.6 and sold at 7.5p, I felt so good about selling after watching it drop to 6p, not so good however watching it go to 18p just a few days later.
You got to stay in it at these levels. I will add if it drops under 8p.
Like Aiming says - just feels a lot more nailed on now.

Barcs though profitable was me all over - i bought at 142, sold at 144.5, then realised error and bought at 151 to sell at 158. Missed out on half the upside....im am just so spooked these days. Back in here now with first instalment . If positive news keeps flowing in china will add.
