I got "singed" with CLLN, but own fault because I jumped in a bit blind thinking he SP drop was overcooked...just as a few on here are thinking. Not forming an opinion if it has or not, but I for one will not be getting "singed" twice...

How the mighty fall.....I think the last update for his main fund was circa 1% profit in last 2 years....against index I believe ws circa 17%... With such a large holding in CPI it will probably be in deficit now... I believe we are all more than capable of losing money ...

If it is a fact they did not get their bonus last year then this in itself was an indication that all was not well as these BOD's usually issue bonuses in both good and bad times.... Wonder what reason they gave to the market...anyone know ?

Woodford appears to now have a knack of picking the dogs... His fund was already struggling...I think he should close it and retire for the sake of his investors....he has lost his Midas touch....or maybe it was just luck in a prolonged bull market....

of 1679...where did this come from ?.....think that was yesterday finish but as far as i can see it was nearer 1650....

I think we all knew when the SP was even dropping even on the back of good news it would re-rate at some stage......Although until it does you are always concerned that any bad news will keep it down... Must admit am getting an itchy finger to sell....have decent profit after close on 2 years of being in a deficit.....but still think there is more to come until ex-div so will hold for a little while yet...

I wonder what made them do that...??? Bit late after several days of rises in the SP....even your Grannie could make that call !!

DT....my initial input on the subject following Riolto's post was to make the point that whilst comments on other co's is fine but when we have 2 or 3 responses to the other co and the poster does not actually mention the other co it leads to confusion.... Many times i have been reading posts and thought the info referred to EZJ and then when you re-track posts, say from yesterday, you realise it has nothing to do with EZJ.... And when the same co's are repetitively referred to then you have to wonder why... On the subject of my opinion on other co's, it is a worry when investing your own monies, I would certainly not want to burden myself with the responsibility for other peoples hard-earned...... I have posted many times on "desert island" boards, SCT being an example....always with a very very limited responses... Personally, I don't think it is appropriate to regularly on another board about SCT to people who have little or no interest in the co....don't see the point to be perfectly honest...even though I think there is potential in the share......my opinion only !! See you have got me at it !! I have no objection to occasional comments on other co's, especially if they are in the same sector, which can always be informative..... But really should be limited to that...otherwise go to the board where there are like -minded people who actually interested and welcome your posts...thats why they are on that board.... I am now watching my most recent investment.....Bristol City to beat Man City @ 18/1. Whilst I doubt they will win...the value was just too difficult to pass on...

Just checked the late trades for yesterday and lot of serious buying, so �16 could be on the cards...

Excellent numbers IMO.. Not sure if we will have a spike in the SP as the recent rise may have been behind the leaking of this, but here is hoping...we will see very shortly ...
