Freddy - as for sales they will grow organically , I think people are forgetting the RNS from yesterday and the potential to sell carbon credits , this will be live by the end of this year and could be a significant revenue stream
e.g you can get paid even before you ever achieve any carbon credits

Just look how important this deal is for our brand , this company is innovative and willing to break new skincare frontiers
This plus the RNS today shows we are on the right track , this is our turn now after the pain of the last 12 months , GLA

Chris -leave him to it , we all know the game but it sometimes helps , there has been massive opportunities in OCTP , HELD etc that could have been missed if nobody shares

Imagine when we get a physical presence in available markets. Well done to them

A very interesting podcast on this subject
Mel - monetary value through selling carbon credits
https://8billiontrees.com/carbon-offsets-credits/carbon-credit-price-per-ton/
Similar business that is quite advanced https://www.runningtide.com/
Mel - you are not stupid at all , neither can I but it’s certainly interesting, this is why we live in Cornwall away from all the big players lol , let’s keep life simple and enjoy the ride
Also it has been said numerous times that we have no chance in the skin care business as it stands ( LGO yesterday stated this ) it’s highly competitive and needs huge investment.
This new venture allows us to continue growing the skincare whilst generating income from another source ( please don’t ask me how but there is obviously a business case )
Look around at how other businesses diversify and it has shown fruition , I agree it will really help , don’t particularly understand the move but it certainly will create interest and it is a very hot topic carbon capture
If you look at the advisors this seems to be the common thread https://www.algalearth.com/
Mel- I didn’t expect this stranger a thing lol , in all seriousness it’s very outside the box but we do need a different approach , we maybe evolving into a very different business model now , it can’t be any worse than the situation we were previously in so let’s see how this grows, who knows it maybe a great move.
As for all the negativity around let’s just ignore it now and watch with interest , it also gives a very different investor appeal to the company.
Good luck to them and all of you

It seems to me that they are pivoting within the parameters of what the prospectus would permit. If there is substance to Kingtide it ( ocean based solutions ) is a very exciting space that is getting a lot of attention within the all ready red hot carbon capture sector. I’m thinking the company needs to engage their shareholders to give some clarity , I have no idea on this move , could be a very interesting time , maybe expect an RNS stating the skin care portfolio has been sold off , who knows
Absolutely, never give up , stranger things have happened
I have to agree , been watching OCTP, HELD, KNB and CHILL for a long time now. Our time will come just when nobody knows.
LGO- your point is true but I think the Cannabinoid factor is no longer the main point , if the efficacy of the product is proven then we have an amazing chance at breaking into the skin care market, the ingredient no longer concerns me anymore it’s all about if customers find the products to work, if this happens then we can be a very successful small player in an incredibly big market.
Had a good think about CBX over the last 24 hours and my views are below , not sure if you agree but it’s only a view.
We are burning £1.3m in 6 months ( taken the £600k one off cost out) so we have 12 months from end of February at current reduced cost burn before we run out of capital .
Sales are nowhere near strong enough or showing growth to cover anything , we need sales of £1m+ just to give us a fighting chance .
It’s seems like we are just treading water and holding out for a deal / takeover to land which will enable us to drive the business forward.
The question for me is regarding capability of BOD to get a new deal , do they have a big enough network to generate interest in the company ?
The product base is very good but way to small and we have spent all of our money which allows RD and marketing , we need serious help in breaking into this market which I feel we have the potential to do.
It’s a shame the first 18 months haven’t gone to plan but we need serious help now and let’s hope the BOD have the connections and influence to generate a deal to help the business and shareholders move forward
I still am supportive of this company as a customer and investor but business is tough and we need help
