Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
For sure Steve. I guess this will hovver at these levels until some form of direction is seen, which is then we will see a decent bounce back. Too much debate has taken place the last few days and all are directionless. I guess all we have at this stage is instinct to go by.
It seems to me we have reached the journey where the fork lies ahead and all the debates we have will not give us a decisive path. However we do have a 50/ 50 chance of getting it right. That's not bad odds of either it being economically viable or economically unviable. I guess we'vw all had a lot worse odds in many things throughout life including investing in AIM. For me i'm happy to take those odds and all must make their own choices taking into account individual circumstances. Good luck in your decision making.
If we were to totally disregard Bushranger for the minute then what do we have.
Gold production which is entering into full swing by December as confirmed by Both parties in partnership.
That alone has got to value our share price in excess of 3p
Therefore at it's current value we can expect 30%-40% increase in share price as a no brainer. Makes this price level a very good buying opportunity does it not.
Staring us in the face

I fear the share price is and will over react. Still a fair amount to play for here. Maybe not at the level we all hoped for. Still a decent return at these levels. This could well be for the nerves of steel that make the serious money from here on. It has always been spoken that this share is worth 5p without RC , therefore is this not at bargain basement levels. I may well top up if this drops further. More news to come. Gold income should be at full production very soon.
Statement made in 2020...
"As ever, investorsā focus is on whether the deposit will turn out large enough to tempt Anglo American back in. To remind, AA said when selling it in Dec 2017 that it might buy the licence back if the deposit grew from the then 350,000 or so tonnes equivalent of contained copper, to 2 million tonnes.
That was when the copper price was at $3/lb (and had been $2/lb, 18 months previously) compared with $3.5/lb today, so Racecourse could be more economic at a smaller size"
Copper currently at $3.59 per lb
I would assume that it's fair to say that AA doesn't need 2m tones to kick in with the buy back option. On the flip side of the coin CB is quoted to say he has a very large system.
Final figure are not far away and i feel we will not be disapointed considering how long it's taking to calculate final figures. AA must be fully aware by now and probably already in talks with CB with the working historical relationship he has with them.
Good healthy deserved increases the last few days. However we are down 12% over the last 6 months. Surely we will at least recover that as it was pre recent good news. I wond3r 2hich one of CB companies will mske the big news first.
One of these coming days Xtract is going to burst into action. The breaks will come off and this i hope will be like a gold rush. All too late for the watchers. Current price is easily supported without Bushranger. Let the watchers watch and the opportunists fill their boots at every opportunity. D day is coming soon. That i do know.
Answers are needed to clarify the situation right now.
Is this an opportunity to top up?
I have done that with caution in mind so grabbed a few this morning about 8am 277k shares which is quite strange that it's not showing up at present.
This will bounce back if it turns out to be nothing.
Let's hope that's the case.
Agree, i happwn to think i5 2qs a fair explaination qnd no ramping. A few holes isn't going to make a multi baggwr yet. Exploration is the key word. We happen to be in a high risk high gain pottential type of investment. Either make or break. I'm also in a negative field but am happy to continue wirh my commitment as believe in my assessment. If i wake up one day and think otherwise, rhen that will be the day that i move on and waste my energy in other ventures
I fail to understand why people moan about things being their car, house, wife, husband, job or their shares of course, and yet to nothing about it. If you are unhappy about the performance of your investments then surely this is one of the easiest ones to deal with. Sell and reinvest where you think you might get something a little more fruitful. I can't see the point of hanging around and running your share down which is even less constructive.
The global war for copper is just getting started
At the heart of Rio Tintoās pursuit of Turquose Hill and BHPās offer for OZ Minerals is a simple fact: the world needs more copper than ever before.

Itās the deal Rio Tinto just canāt seem to close.
On Friday night, just days after Rio boss Jakob Stausholm hailed what he described as a ādefinitiveā deal to buy 100 per cent of copper miner Turquoise Hill, a minority shareholder called Pentwater Funds announced that it was. Couldn't copy more. Juat getting started. Not long to wait. I feel the decision will be very sudden.
