And so the journey begins. A twelve month contract stabilizes some revenue at the very least.
Location Sciences partners with CACI to bring accurate location data to the commercial property sector
Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, is pleased to announce the signing of a 12 month contract with CACI Limited ("CACI"), the pre-eminent location planning business in Europe, providing CACI's clients with expert knowledge of people and places in order to make the best possible location decisions.
This contract represents a milestone for Location Sciences, which, as well as providing a significant revenue stream for the Company, proves the value of the Company's location data and its applicability to a wide variety of industries.
It also builds on the strong partnership which Location Sciences and CACI have established over the last few months through the delivery of multiple successful projects.
The partnership allows CACI to incorporate Location Sciences' proprietary location data into its wider dataset, to deliver greater accuracy and precision in location data intelligence to its clients, which include many of the largest companies in the UK's retail and property industries. This will include footfall analysis, competitor analysis and catchment area analysis, all in real time and delivered by a centralised dashboard.
Martin Salisbury, Vice President of CACI, commented: "To deliver even richer insight to our property and retail clients, it was essential that we partnered with a company with the appropriate scale, accuracy and GDPR focus. We are therefore delighted to partner with Location Sciences to provide the industry with new levels of location data insight. The response to our early product development has already shown that their data combined with our services portfolio will be very well received by the market."
Mark Slade, CEO of Location Sciences, said: "We are excited to be partnering with the industry leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for our location data intelligence to be leveraged by the property and retail markets. We believe that this is a great starting point from which, in time, we can roll out our offering internationally."
