My original responce was to your statement being that your posts were removed and you were unhappy about those actions. I merely stated a possible reason for you to consider. I do however note that you are now on the defensive. Furthermore you spun a coin with a 50% chance of being right without. This could have gone either way as none of were aware of any accurate facts. This could still go down and i guess we may well know more after the meeting takes place in January. Ask yourself what would be the result if this goes in the favour of AAOG. Most on here are at a massive loss and i make no bones about that. However we do not need a parrot constantly spouting the same. Your point is taken, we know we could lose the lot, would you now have us slit our wrist or save a few pounds we have left. It is a case of stay and make or lose it all. What is your goal here ? Hey curious i have not seen your posts. However i can only assume that just like some do not like extreme ramping other would not like extreme de-ramping. Considering serious money is invested here, why would anyone in their right state of mind want to see this go down the pan. Maybe a little sensitivity would not go amiss at this state of play. Surely id you are a non share holder you would appreciate that concept. If you do happen to hold shares then your best option is obviously to sell now and consolidate you losses at this stage and leave the rest to their vices. Just my observations of logic. Thats because two and two do not add up as the sum should. They gave two options and it was always going to be one of them. There was no reference as to the prospect of the agreement not possibly going ahead. Suddenly this is not happening and they must locate another. Also consider that it took them twelve days at least from from the time they were aware of the rig situation. They were also well aware funds would be required to send this into commercial production yet from September they did nothing to ensure or pursue payments owing. Further more a mere bank transfer should deal with monies owed by ATOG considering JB is on both boards. Whilst we are on the subject why were we not notified about the ATOG decline and only a certain few share holders were privvy to this info. All this is information that should be made public by RNS. In fact JB and conflict of interest is a possibility here. Something still stinks about all of this as they never seem to conclude with anything. Are we being milked?

If they have identified two further viable rigs for an earlier date as stated in the last RNS. Then they must feel that financing will be arranged or become available in the near term..

To sleep on. Many atime when a share is tight and them moves heavily either up or down, then normally it is time to pay close attention as this could have an aggresive bounce. Not suggesting anyone should but in, which would be your own decisions of course, but i have seen this activity before .

Nothing to be respondible for Tiptop. All of age on here and should be capable of making their own financial decisions. Who knows this may still turn around. I would go away earlier today and come back a little later, just to see if the carnage looked any better. Afraid not. I joined this punt two years ago, my average no being just about 7p. The reason i joined was to take a punt with the idea of making a great return. If it were to make a few hundred pounds then i would not have bothered. Therefore there is no point in getting out to consolidate just about 12% of my original investment. Going to stay win or lose now as not a great deal left to consider. I guess like many otheres we are in a position of gaining far more than what we have left to lose. Quite right with what is being said that if the 5.3m agrees a payment plan which in my opinion is money that is owed in the first place, therefore carries some legal weight with it, then upon an expected agreement this share will take an appropriate recovery. In conclusion whoever is not desperate with what they have in the kitty then stay in and accept the outcome as the coun is still spinning. Good luck on whatever you all decide.

Codey sorry to say there is our conversation last night. We have been shafted whatever way we look at it. I cannot tell you if we will be sold off, absorbed or if we will make it to production. Perhaps BB Comments might be helpful. Horrid day

They have given not one single solution. Not one thing has moved forward, infact we have moved backwards. They are still afraid to tell us all. So disgusting for all us investors. Makes me think that radio silence and their decision not to respond to us was all down to this. JB does not exactly come across as regimental in this case. Our only option now is to weather the storm.

I think maybe we are just hlping to pay wages. Nothing constructive happening here at the moment.

For their shareholders. I have emailed them four times and apart from the first being acknowledged, i have had not a single reply since. Normally i wouldn't mind, however without an update on any progress, either stated by the BOD or in the form of an RNS to re affirm the position we are now in, makes this increasingly frustrating. This company is on lock down from shareholders. I feel the eventual communication will be extreme whether it be negative or positive.
