Inflation is largely irrelevant here. A company producing, for example 350bopd 20 years ago or one today are generating broadly the same revenue. Less today, in fact, because you will have had wage inflation and other costs increase!

All the 50k blocks today are buys. Definitely fun and games being had by someone.

FWIW, I'm also leaning towards H2 being just about commercial.

However, the recent RNS has shown the market clearly doesn't like the whole PC withholding 30% of our cash. This is scandalous and absolutely needs sorting ASAP.

That statement might be fine if the value of the product we were selling had grown with inflation. But it hasn't. Oil is all but the same price it was 20 years ago. Also, that SOCO deal was a shocker. Something like $17m upfront, another $17m after so long and then the balance once millions of barrels had been produced!

Dozzawba - Tenbag threw around false accusations of rac1.sm and other awful things long before anything was thrown back at him. Shocking you can’t see what’s really gone on here.
