The company are working hard to build up the balance sheet and create value. Sadly, they can't control what the share price does. Most companies in the FTSE 100 have greater profits now than they did 2 years ago. But guess what, the share prices are lower. Does that mean those companies and their management are all useless?

If you invest in a company like POW where there are no profits at all, but instead plenty of hope value to go along with the efforts of the management team, then they are even more at the mercy of market sentiment.

I'd really suggest you buy a short dated government bond, get your 5% and be stress free. Most stocks on AIM fail and it's clearly not the place for you.

Wow, been observing AGL from afar in anticipation of taking a position. But find it incredible they so brazenly exclude PI’s. I mean, they are not obliged to do a Q&A so why not just contact the largest institutional investors privately and talk with them. This looks like a big slap in the faces of PI’s.

SBM - they were quite clear at the AGM that there would be no raise required before these P2 trials are completed. SS also confirmed this in a private conversation afterwards. Clearly, things can change and CEO's can lie, but I don't think in this case they need to (or would be able to) raise cash before the P2's are done.

Are these the same agencies and ministers that said 1-3 months back in October 2022? And the same MB that said we were fully funded and didn’t see a cash raise, then did one 6 weeks later?

SBM - I can't see how they'd raise at this level or even 15p. I think the plan would be to report excellent P2 results, see a significant rerate in the SP (30-50p+) and then look at some kind of JV or maybe a raise. It's a long way off, though.

Dozzawba - we've already apparently had Philip Malone (now retired) involved. It seems the MG don't give a damn about such figures.

The SP is still up 50% over the last year, and bear in mind there’s been a cash raise thrown in there. Yes, on the face of it there has been progress. But we are still here unable to get a barrel of oil out the ground.

MB did that interview to make sure we are not shocked when this year ends with still no oil produced.

I would be amazed if we have a positive RNS anytime soon. If there was one potentially on the horizon, why would MB have decided to do that interview? More likely, he is setting our expectations to not expect anything this year.

BP - care to elaborate? Takeover, bust…?

Bowley - you have concerns over the refinery. But in the immediate term, that is irrelevant to MATD. Do you see MATD making progress in the meantime, with these “formalities” and things like agreements with PC?

Wow, I was out all day yesterday and am just catching up here! Never a dull moment on this BB.

The corruption bit is no surprise to me. This, and being sandwiched between China and Russia (two of the most powerful and corrupt nations on the planet) has always been a concern for me. But my hope is that ultimately Mongolia will want that oil out of the ground eventually, and our biggest shareholder, Petrovis, are Mongolian. The challenge is MATD keeping afloat long enough!

Not sure what to make of Bowley. Are you invested here and if so, have hope that we’ll see a positive outcome eventually?
