i reckon heron is about 40km south but if you search on google maps for buhinha****en hudag, drop the yellow man about 20km east of there (there's a little circle to show you where you can view from), you'll see oil rigs everywhere spaced approx 100m apart, presumably petro china's. it might even be block xix, hard to work out. but identical set up to what was in the recent presentation.

Quite clearly, they have got this wrong like the rest of us mere mortals. What can they do now? Selling post sprinter failure has never been an option with such a large holding. I’m sure they were holding out for the next set of P2 trials like the rest of us but have now likely all but written this investment off. Or perhaps they are fed up with RM & Co but what can they do… get rid of them and bring some new blood in? Like who? And none of that would be quick.

IMO, they’ve probably been blindsided like everyone else, believing the BOD when they gleefully told us just a year ago that we’d be in the midst of multiple trials by now.

LS - I'm as cynical as the best of them. And I'm sure they'll have accounts linked to them in some way where they can add/offload shares without affecting the share register for the likes of TR1's. But you'd think they'd pump it up a bit more, wait until Heron 1 is firing perhaps, before offloading. My bet is that some II that took a punt on some in the 2p raise is now selling out.

LondonSuede - there is absolutely a very large seller. However, we don't know for sure that it is MB and/or Petrovis (or accounts linked to them, which they're very likely will be).

The lack of an AGM, in conjunction with zero communication, is getting beyond the ridiculous. To the point where perhaps shareholders should pool together to force an EGM.

“The directors have identified that the Group will need to raise further funds during 2024 in order to conduct the planned Phase 2 clinical trial in mechanically ventilated patients. The ability of the Group to secure a fund raise in 2024 cannot be guaranteed, therefore the directors have prepared an alternative forecast which maintains a budget for further pre-clinical preparatory work that would produce data to undertake a fund raise in 2025”

That's the point - they've determined they can't afford to run even a small trial. I'm not entirely sure what has changed so much since the last AGM, where we could afford to run multiple trials and SS proclaimed "we are lucky to be in such a financial position".

The only non-dilutory way out of this is a platform trial. I am not ruling that out but it's not looking good. It's a sorry situation and I'm hugely disappointed (to put it politely) with the BOD who IMO have not looked after the company, the best example being above.

I think I've been positive recently (for me at least!). I'm definitely excited for Gobi and reckon even if it doesn't work out that we'll be OK with Heron and perhaps the renewables venture. There has been a single, large seller (IMO) but that doesn't overly bother me. And I'm pleased to see from master82's satellite images that things are progressing at Heron 1. I did say weeks ago that the last stumbling block I can see is PC not negotiating fairly, and I'll be relieved if/when we get confirmation that is sorted.

Lots of buying today, but definitely still that large seller about and right on cue, another 500k block sold.

Surely oil can’t be flowing yet? Even MATD themselves said it would take longer before oil was flowing.

But regardless, looks good news. Although still that big seller about, all those 200k, 250k, 500k blocks of sells going through. Nicely offset with that huge buy.

There is now zero, yes, ZERO chance of Synairgen raising cash from the market (shareholders). Which means that current shareholders will get diluted in some form or fashion. Unless there is a free platform trial. Possible, sure. But it has been a long time already and you’d think that if that was a possibility, it would’ve already happened.

Anyway, where is that AGM? I almost jokingly said months ago that we might not ever get another AGM. Goodness, I’m now not so sure that is a joke.
