Aeschylus - I called Peter Hitchen's number which diverted through to some lady's mobile, who told me to ring the main line for Progressive. I did that and it rang out to a voicemail for a Gareth. I've left him my name and number.
LS, China want peace in the world?
Have you seen what they've done to the Uyghar Muslims, Hong Kong, intimidating Taiwan, bullying and terrorising territories in the South China sea, the hacking attempts on various nations and refusal to condemn Russia for Ukraine and more?!?!
Mental.
Dozzawba - that more or less sums it up pretty neatly. Although I have always said I think it more likely than not that this will succeed… eventually. However, post recent RNS and AGM, I have to admit i think it now possible this won’t come good. The relentless delays, something just doesn’t seem right and I’m sure there is corruption/foul play at play, not just from the provincial governor. If there is any material bounce in the SP, I’ll very likely trim my holding here.
WOS - my issue with you is the superiority complex you have. Mocking people if their views aren't as ultra positive as yours. I'm all for constructive debate and it's good for us to challenge each others thinking. And a little humility wouldn't go amiss... after all, lots of your predictions have been wrong.
As for DQE's unsolicited approach, I wonder what they'd offer now. Albeit the MG wouldn't sanction it.
Dozzawba - please don’t throw me in the same bucket as Prof!
Hamm - bore off you ramping fool. You are spared ultimate humiliation as I think, unlike some, you are just a bit simple.
WOS - as ever, time will tell. But regardless of your reasoning, it seems odd it’s taking so long. Genuine question, if we don’t use DQE/PC, who else are viable alternatives?
WOS - didn’t you say you weren’t going to post here anymore… Did I misunderstand? A simple yes or no will suffice.
As for negotiations with DQE/contractors, this surely has to ring alarm bells. These negotiations have been going on for literally years! This isn’t negotiating an exit from Europe, Brexit style. It surely can’t take years to negotiate such things.
DocDan - Numis specialise in UK smaller companies and research. DB very little, so I’m guessing that’s why they wanted them. I’m certain Paul Cuddon hasn’t changed his mind on Synairgen and he’s just said “hold” and quoted the SP when he lodged it. In other words, “nothing to see here”. But I could be wrong. We could do with getting hold of his note… I assume there will be an updated one, even if it’s just with DB’s logo at the top.
I have some of his old notes with contact details on, but I’m guessing they’ll now be obsolete.
Fruits - it has definitely been lodged under Paul Cuddon's name, so while it is under the DB umbrella, it is surely and simply to do with Cuddon's own stocks that he covers, rather than DB as a house having decided to start covering it.
Could of course be wrong. I'll see if I can get in touch with him to confirm if there is a new note on SNG from him.
"Anyway - where are Fair Analyst, iamrich, positive vibes, dick updabum et al? They come on here ramping their bolleaux off or venting their spleen then mysteriously disappear."
Fear not, BP. They are now known as... Cybertron!!!
