I'm fairly sure they'll have had opportunities to buy in the past two years. Anyway, they haven't and we await the next update/AGM where there should be a considerably large update, given we've not had anything for so long.
Ghia - call me old fashioned, but it would still be nice for the BOD to be seen buying up shares.
I suppose this comment stood out:
"As for really good entrepreneurs the smart ones never risk their own cash that's what PE is for."
You'd like to think they have confidence in the product and business, and wouldn't see it as taking a risk!
Effectively the equivalent to 0.65/0.7p in old money. So down.
Probably people selling without realising they have 20x less shares!
IMO, MATD paying dividends, if it happens at all, is many years off. And surely we'd want them to keep using any profits to grow the business. And PC buying MATD... no chance. The Mongols want to lose dependency on PC.
Well I've topped up again today (showing as a sell on here). I like the diversified nature of the business in what is a high risk area. I'm hopeful we'll see a steady rerate of the SP throughout 2024.
Also an update from GMET that looks positive.
65p and I would be retiring.
My guess, it might briefly spike to 10-12p on initiating production if we're lucky, before it settles to 6-8p and then slowly grinds up. As Wigster says, I'd prefer it if you're right and I'm wrong.
Selective hearing (reading) again, WOS?! A bit like where I exposed you when saying I had said I’d sell at 6p?
And if I like to talk a lot, how would we describe you? 😂
Anyone who fishes regularly in the AIM pond and claims to have never had a loss is lying. COPL is a bad one, no doubt. Fortunately, I’d not long been in it and only a small punt - good job, too. The corruption and blatant lies that are being unearthed there are quite shocking and what can happen with small/microcap stocks.
Perhaps Thornogson, that clearly has never had a bad investment, can tell us his investment process so none of us suffer losses ever again?
LOL, clearly touched a nerve with Thornogson! Three whole posts for me. Now that IS sad.
Of course I’m not going to tell Hamm how many shares I have, and if you thought I was being serious then you’re even more stupid than I already thought. But if you’d like to tell us all you’re holding, go right ahead!
Maybe just stick to advising your family to put their wealth into a Mongolian oil stock.
