Blue it depends. It could end up being like a house move chain if all done at same time, one person pulls out and it may get wobbly.

I suspect airlines first and then Fosun (as legally airlines need divesting first), clearly all being negotiated in tandem by TCG.

Also, I wonder, selling airlines in a canny way may also give TCG a nice cash surplus as well as denting the debt, that might prove attractive to Fosun before BoD wastes it lol

I think the share price is being fricked about with. I'm not delusional or ramping it's just on LSE its stating 2 million more shares bought than sold do the price should be going up not down surely, unless a lower price has been agreed by MMs and buyer(s).

WhiteNight, I think you've got your James's mixed up. James Ainley is Citi, James Rowland Clark is Barclays

I think a fair chunk of it is leased and some planes are quite old. Evidently the real gold is in the airport slots that TCG has.

Hi folks. This is looking peachy. Anyone able to respond to Bluelight's query on any possible rules that a bidder would have to deal with on an offer price?

I can't really see there being a rule that they'd have to use highest price paid as companyies tend to make stupid offers to start with.

Logic tells me that at best they'd use the average sum but it's not my field so just don't know but like the rest of us keen to find out what the requirements are for bidders.

Hi. Looks like there's the, AGM on 27 June, looks like the usual re-election on BoD, reappointment of Auditors and reconfirmation of stock option plans (in lieu of any pension scheme).

Are there likely to be any other matters of business like clarification of financial results or projected earnings?

Thanks TotalTrader. Totally agree on the dilution point, can be a tad frustrating and have caught a cold on AIM a few times (heady days of Pan Andean where I ended up the wrong side of that).

Hi everyone. I bought these at about 16p many years ago and keep an occasional watching brief (e.g. Environmental challenges and rights issue).

What's the main view of this board on how this company is progressing: +, - or neutral?

Reading recent posts it's appearing that there is a glimmer of hope. Gold is at a crazy high price so I had hopped this would be raking it in by now but I do appreciate the debt position.
