Not clear why the drop, but 25.90k & 17.49k might have been sells. Either that or mates rates by forcing SP down for larger buys from friendly sources.

Well, I'm not an accountant, but it looks like they have done a good job of containment of their position, so I'm OK with the results given where the company is at. Some minor sells today and the SP is currently holding up OK. Anyone got sight of Level 2 to see if a deluge is coming...?

Unless Level 2 is showing huge sell(s) in the pipeline, buys outweigh sells today, so why has the SP been marked down...?

It feels to me that the cork is due to pop soon, I sincerely hope so as us holders should e canonised for our patience.

Agree that the selling is not 'people in the know' as it's piddling amounts, but as the market activity is so low the quantity of trades has pushed it down. It's people who have had enough of waiting, which I totally understand.

TBF I'm stuck with this share as I'm too far below the Plimsoll line, I still feel it could come good due to the innovation and licenses - the BoD just need to get their Sh*t together.

It's a good point you all raise in the threads below, I believe that even moving to the Nasdaq Capital Market will still require compliance to the $1 rule, so whatever the company presented must have been compelling, this should be due a re-rate post Oct (when I believe the results are due).

Nasdaq Capital Market is a better fit for the company.

Cash runway will Q4 this year will obv require more money from somewhere, the constant issue of equity is diluting the potential here, but there seems to be a little choice, a classic challenge with these early-life companies taking a shot at something.

Some AIM companies have secondary brokers to raise awareness among private investors and to broaden the shareholder base, it also helps to improve the liquidity in a company's shares as the shares tend to be traded more regularly.

I see it as a good move that they want to stay public and bolstering their position to remain public.

If they can get their company to work they stand to make much more money as a publicly listed company than just selling it for peanuts.

They have their secret sauce, they just need to get the sales ramped up.

Also if the SP keeps trotting North we may end up getting the NASDAQ de-listing monkey off of our backs which helps to stabilise the image of the company and enable it flex some of its muscle.

Agree with Paddy, there would need to be an RNS to state they are no longer required for the Form 8.5 and 8.3 reporting in whatever current reporting phase they are currently obligated to follow. Also, they would need to report to shareholders if a sale is no longer a route they want to pursue.

It's just a waiting game now I'm afraid, now they have the LCD covered and some cash runway to push them through for a bit they will be aiming to increase the value of the company to get a better sale price, that won't happen overnight. I don't expect we'll get any news till Nov/Dec this year on whether there will be a sale.

It is helpful SB, you've set clear pros and cons. I'm going to continue to hold having weighed it all up, even if they go private there is often a dead cat bounce to some degree before a full delist.
