Nothing seems to make sense any more, I must be in some surreal coma in another Quantum reality. The SP makes no sense at all relative the great news from yesterday. He can't be held back for much longer just by the force of buying.
Hi chums. Looking over the historical info, I can't see any reason why the share dropped from 122p in Sep 2021 onward, other than PI impatience...?
Now, I'm thick as 2 short planks, so I have probably missed something, but I have checked news feeds and RNS and I can't seem to find any valid reason for the drop.
This company is a diamond in the muck IMHO. GLA
If this doesn't re-rate to some degree in the next 2 weeks the world has clearly gawn mad. It doesn't get any better than this, there is jam today with this share but bizarrely it seems to have been missed at large. GLA.
Oooh, I'm loving this banter. £1 starting gun would really set a heck of a pace. This is a very exciting share at the moment. Good luck chums, let's hope the streets are paved with gold, or brass, or whatever shiny thing that helps us buy other stuff :)
So yeah , the company has debts and a poster pointed out that debts outweigh capital value (or whatever the correct term is), and from an asset stripping perspective that is clear. But this wouldn't be asset stripped, it's a strong brand and a liked brand and would make a great addition to existing retailer who could integrate the company into existing backend systems and processes, build on the economies of scale and rationalise the guff (a technical term).
It's a takeover no-brainer and my best guess is starting bids at 65p to 85p.
What do you think chums?
Last message from me today (phew you all say):
This HE1 is on the cusp of something big, Helium is worth more than gold and read this to know why:
https://www.innovationnewsnetwork.com/helium-shortage-4-0-what-caused-it-and-when-will-it-end/29255/
Russian Helium is never going to be the answer now.
Also Hydrogen:
https://issues.org/romm-hydrogen-clean-energy/#:~:text=Hydrogen%20is%20not%20a%20readily,intensive%20to%20extract%20and%20purify.
"Hydrogen is not a readily accessible energy source like coal or wind. It is bound up tightly in molecules such as water and natural gas, so it is expensive and energy-intensive to extract and purify."
This company and its work will have clearly caught the attention of big investors and big suppliers of these types of gas assets, and also State Actors trying to influence the share price - laugh you might but this is a potentially readily available gas resource.
Also, bear this point in mind: Tanzania is one of China's most important military partners in Africa. On an annual basis, Tanzania sends a significant amount of officers and NCOs to train in China:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China%E2%80%93Tanzania_relations#:~:text=Tanzania%20is%20one%20of%20China's,NCOs%20to%20train%20in%20China.
Potentially you have the US, China and a disenfranchised Russia wrestling for control or benefits from Helium and Hydrogen finds.
HE1 is on all the radars. If the surveys come good in the pending few days, this will quite literally go nuts before it is brought into control by some major state/industrial player. This will get bought out IMHO, the key thing, is at what price...?
Also, to the person that replied to say that the US has been selling it’s surplus Helium, this is incorrect. The US privatised it’s main US Federal Helium reserve in Texas due to mounting debts:
https://www.texasmonthly.com/news-politics/amarillo-federal-helium-reserve-auction/
It is still US Helium for US use and interestingly remedial work on the facilities may require shutting down the plant which will further increase shortages and our American cousins still want more Helium anyway.
So, the US wants more, the Chinese want in strategically (OK at a discount perhaps but they will still pay a good price if they want it) the EU would like a slice and the Russians want India and China to come to them to help pay for their war effort but India and China et al will want a source they can influence and control more, so perhaps the Russians could buy out to force the demand to them.
This is soooooooooo huge!!!

Littledred66 (Corvette I assume :) and those that are interested: "At Mbelele-2, Noble said bubbling helium shows were intercepted at multiple intervals throughout the entire drilled section to just above a total depth of 763.5 metres.5 Dec 2023". HE1 got down to 900+ metres.

Great post Horis. Important point for everyone, the US is not disposing of it's Helium, it is privatising the management of its reserves due to massive debt US Federal has attained in the overheads of maintaining the reserves (largest in Texas). The Helium will still be used within the US. The Texas plant will have to shut at some point for updates and repairs which will push the price of HE higher as during the work they won't be able to supply o much Helium. See my previous posts on this topic to find out more info. GLA.
I think Noble's find wasn't (potentially) as great as HE1's could be and Noble didn't have any significant levels of Hydrogen in their find, that's what makes HE1's discovery all the more exciting. In addition, I don't think comparisons with Noble's share prise post their announcement is a good indicator as to what will happen for HE1' SP. HE1 has hit the motherlode.
