Sorry folks, just saw all the messages on the RNS, for some reason on RNS I couldn't see any message after 9.30am today.

Is that a short being closed? I don't understand the form. If it is a short closing and bearing in mind recent MMs tricks for knocking the price down I wonder id news is coming. Some bigger players might be trying to squeeze the juice out of this range before the next leg-up. GLA.

Beware of rampers and de-rampers 'trying to help us'. The BoD has been transparent and posters who know what they are talking about with mining have made helpful points.
Ask yourself why someone is posting when they are warning you whilst the SP had been going up in a sustained fashion ;)

I've been tracking OMI but it just looks a overbought at the moment and an inflated price for what it's current state.

Agree guitarman - lot of red out there today. I've made some howling errors trying to trade and chase the rainbows. I'm sticking with EUA, BoD seem switched on and doing it all by the book, just an ongoing game of patience

I think the temp suspension is probably normal to prevent someone getting trading edge by getting news before anywhere else. The court publishes a Judgments Register here: https://judicial.ky/court_search/# (look on the mid-right hand bit for the link), so far nothing has been published for 14 Oct but my guess is that it will be next soon and the suspension is probably in place for G3E to come up with a plan to follow through with the judges orders. To prevent any dodgy share moves or insider edge (e.g., the big industrial share holders who probably have a hotline to Grew) the shares have been suspended - that's my view. It's frustrating we are locked in but if it's good news at the end we'll all have first dibs on the rises :)

Yeah I think 65p to 70p. I think any talk of £1+ is just crazy talk, look at what the BoD buys were ages ago and look at the SP today, a major part of a sale price is already factored into the SP.

Yes cossy, had something similar which is why I was cagey on initially returning to this one. That said, I have been slicing to take some money out. The key thing you all have to bear in mind is when it's tike to sell it can shoot straight to auction so you have to be quick when you want to pull the trigger. GLA.

I would have thought RNS tomorrow or poss Friday morning. I would assume that the the court would have to write up its verdict and publish first prior the RNS but I'm guessing on that.
