patientone: LSE is absolutely at recording volumes, this has been touched upon before on this board and others. Also, as we have seen, some sells are actually buys either deliberately masked as sells or accidentally due to the bid price being close to the offer price. I wouldn't poop the bed just yet. They have non-binding offers so more than one party wants to buy in some shape or form and the RNS stated ' ...discussions regarding proceeding to binding proposals are continuing.' So all interested parties are taking it up a gear now.

This will be a complex deal and might end up being 2 or 3 deals across the estates, that is hard work to sort out especially as Russia will want to protect it's geo-political interests.

Some Raindown chasers will also be selling up to chase fools gold, I am confident there well be a sell but it will still take time.

I have put alert notifications on this stock for price movements and will try to avoid this board as it can F**k with your head sometimes. I've already had some wobbles about this one but am confident it will come through 60p+, others have higher estimates but you know what so long as we all get a reasonable profit from this then we will have ended up with something good :) GLA

I think you are right cj62, apols I still get a bit bamboozled with how shorts work even though I've read up on it a few times (I forgot in the main they are like a share loan at a given price and closing shorts means you have to buy the shares back ). But here's a thought on the 100K sells and buys going on. If the same organisation set up a chain of orders and 'gently' closed a short which meant they had to buy £100K's worth of shares and then sold them very sharpish at the same price could they somehow ease themselves out of a short position and then also create a steady supply of shares that is keeping the SP locked at the 29p/30p range...? I'm probably overthinking and getting it all wrong :(

Very interesting sequence going on, £100K Sells and then £100K Buys just soon after at the same price that the sell was, looks like a very weird pattern and could be to affect the price? Too early for bed and breakfast/ISA.

Any thoughts?

I couldn't resist it, just punted another £2500, my holding is not that big compared to others, now c81000 shares, average price paid 32p, wish I had held from the 3p and 17p days, that will learn me :)

IKN, lancerman et al, not that any of you asked for advice but I would advise you don't stir the pot on the DFS, just let it be and let the BoD do its job. I'm probably being twitchy but we don't want any possible spanners being thrown about. It is just about patience and due process now.

I think we need to be careful stop/loss settings don't get tested over the next few days. It's goinf to be volatile I feel until we get an indication either mutually binding offers in the table or a deal / deals have been signed. Personally I wouldn't use a stop/loss on this stick at the moment as it plays into the MMs hands, just my view, not advice, you all do what you want as you all always do ;)
