Might be linked to the NED leaving. Transfer of shares perhaps?
... just saying ;oD
The RNS today is interesting, Schroders PLC seem to have sold some of their POLR shares. Doesn't detract from the fact that BoD have been buying tons of shares. Good luck holders.

Eurasia currently has 38.5 million total shares shorted, could be lively if we receive a positive announcement.
Not sure how valid that statement is but others on here would know...
Nope but keen to also know who did and any info to share. As others have said I think this is vulnerable as a takeover target, not a bad thing for holders but the key thing is if it were a target, at what price...?
As well as the SP going down this board has gone down in its quality. If a lot of you want to argue can you s0d off somewhere else to do it. Also, never feed the loonies with their posts just block them or ignore them.
I hope we can get back to some serious discussions on this board.
Historically I've had great success with Syme but that has turned into a lot of losses of late.
I have mixed views on the future but I do think the company is on a knife-edge.
Good luck to all holders.
Ditto Spacerat, there has been a crazy amount of massive Director buys at prices much higher than today. This could be very promising and the spread is very encouraging. Best wishes with your investment and bought in at 516p a few days ago.
On 9th May he sold £40,560 worth:

I've noticed Richard Ross has been selling shares, oddly he bought some a few days ago as well I think...?
DTR 5.8.3 R 26/11/2015
RP
The notification to the issuer shall be effected as soon as possible, but not later than four trading days in the case of a non-UK issuer and two trading days in all other cases, after the date on which the relevant person:
(1) learns of the acquisition or disposal or of the possibility of exercising voting rights, or on which, having regard to the circumstances, should have learned of it, regardless of the date on which the acquisition, disposal or possibility of exercising voting rights takes effect; or
(2) is informed about the event mentioned in DTR 5.1.2 R (2).
And for the purposes of (1) above a person shall, in relation to a transaction to which he is a party or which he has instructed, be deemed to have knowledge of the acquisition, disposal or possibility to exercise voting rights no later than two trading days following the transaction in question and where a transaction is conditional upon the approval by public authorities of the transaction or on a future uncertain event the occurrence of which is outside the control of the parties to the agreement, the parties are deemed to have knowledge of the acquisition, disposal or possibility of exercising voting rights only when the relevant approvals are obtained or when the event happens.
Let's just put it all behind us and and move on. I am a holder and will continue to hold. I should have used less dramatic wording in my opening post but we all need to avoid the toxicity that Social Media has brought us by venting too quickly on message posts. I'm off for a spliff in the garden. Ciao and GLA.
Unbelievable, I post the link to an RNS that wasn't on LSE to help out (won't do that again), and make a comment which lo and behold the boards are there to do and out pops Cagney and Lacey to smear me. I did mention that I think Syme is a ponzi on the Syme board Ttaylor1 and Syme was the other gnochi-fest I've invested in. I don't go and "Posts the same stuff in other groups" only on Syme - with that level of deductive logic you'd fit in well with the Met Police.
I bought £10K worth of CLP (remember CLP!) at 3.7 in March 2021 and hung on when changed to QBT and new biz direction.
I think it's a shame that you folks can't accept that people can have other opinions, even if they don't accord with yours.
