Our priority was to get the Tallymoney app live and demonstrate a growing business before we start focusing on the re-list. As stated in the RNS, we have a road map which we are working through to get the company re-listed.

People do need to brush up on what price sensitive means though.

That reply, whether it's him or isn't, is not. Price sensitive means giving out specific information like 'We've had really good signs of copper' - that would move a share one way or another prior to an official RNS. There's nothing said here that gives the game away to a good, bad or neutral RNS.

All that's implied is that the RNS will be comprehensive. Most JORCs are. But comprehensively good bad or awful we do not know.

That Carol is an absolute lunatic though. All caps-lock shouting sessions followed by the shilling of another company (which, like Glint, how can anyone know what will or won't suddenly go under, they are businesses, not your friend). Then 'she' all but accuses CP of being a pervert because he invites 'her' to meet him in person to discuss the situation, and thus dodging any invite to talk about her 'mum's investment in Tally'. Recently it's all mum this and mum that, as if mum has just been pulled out of a hat to be used as a convenient reason for all the ranting. When we then learn it was Carol who encouraged her 'mum' to invest in Tally whilst skillfully selling out herself because her 'broker' advised it.

So why didn't she extricate her 'mum' in time too? Why did she leave her mum languishing? I don't believe a word 'she' says and I think that's a ****ed off investor trapped in here like the rest of us, making fantasy stories up to placate herself and blow off steam.

We're where we are because of how EUZ conducts itself, no more no less. Wider market factors are always in play with everything but ultimately the sp of this company is down to the company's ways and means. This could come good, or not. Or it might be a longer wait. But end of the world talk from supposedly grown adults just shows how much of a tiny world some of you live in. Get some fresh air, ffs!

I'm glad that one's passed over relatively quickly and normal service has resumed. ;)

It ought to rise under a good JORC (again, we have to wait and see for that) and that should be what genuine holders want to see. Despite my dislike of LR and the BoD I think Toral's a fine asset with great potential. If they get it right with JORC, etc, and include some (new?) market-pleasing info this is what we should see a genuine value-based rise upon.

It's what happens when the cut-n-run crew from Twitter (Tops, Gravy, etc) pick a share out of a hat and then descend on it as if it's the best thing since sliced bread, ramping it to hell and then forcing huge drops, whilst bigging it up as they sell out.

If people actually woke up and recognised these heinous tactics used every day to manipulate shares, then the 'slow and steady' rise would be a realistic thing, based more on fundamentals. Instead of being suddenly inundated by new rampy IDs you've never heard of.

I wouldn't worry about Shed. He panicked aplenty on the drop, told me I should basically move on and stop 'torturing' myself even though I'm so underwater with this wretched, stupidly-run company I'm not about to just drop all and comply with someone who thinks texting whilst driving 'on the road' is the done thing.

And if we're mocking peoples sexualities in 2019 then there are board rules about that sort of nonsense. So yeah, don't worry about Shed.

Well Shed, what he's produced so far is known by the market, and its delivery has less than impressed it. Coupled with the placing antics. There's a lot of ground to make up.

The placing isn't technically the problem. They're normal for AIM as we know. And I didn't comment on yesterday's presentation and certainly didn't praise LR for it because I'm not going to forget that he pointedly cancelled the original presentation. And yes, they should be getting a knock on the door soon from the FCA. And yes it's all flim flam until LR proves to the market, and to us, long suffering types, that there's more than just words here. I am honestly aggrieved by what happened recently, and so should you be if you valued trust where your money is concerned. He has a helluva lot of ground to make up now imo. And I hope he can, for all our sakes. It's a great asset.

He turned round and said it's not a 'lifestyle' company (which, if they have to say it, is code for the fact it is), then goes and treats it like it's a lifestyle company, pulling 'fun' stunts with his pals. So we have daytraders using it to make a few bob (pretty normal for AIM) and mms dicking it around because they understand a man who talks in code.

Until LR produces something of substance, which proves to the market that this is not a flim-flam all talk company they'll continue to treat it/us as such. There really is no more to add. It's up to him to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat.

Way more helpful than that wet fart in charge of us.

Whether this relists or not in the end, shareholders are still free to discuss the possibility while ever there's an active company to discuss such things about, and an active chance that relisting is on the cards.

He's making the point that just because one business of a certain type goes bust doesn't mean the next one is going to follow suit.

Apple, I know the media wants us to believe every negative thing is Brexit-related but there's been a global sell off across markets recently, not least because of the US/China episode. The former has just slapped massive tariffs on the EU, resulting in more trade war fears. That's what's currently rattling the market.

In short, don't. Find an honest company (good luck with that on AIM, though).

Those of us stuck at EUZ have no choice but to anyone new...walk away asap I say. They don't deserve any more hard earned money. Let their city friends prop this up.

The insidious thing is, they cannot sit there and think that nobody will notice or they won't be found out.

So it must be because they know the regulatory authorities are mostly useless or take an age to even get round to looking into AIM. There has to be a network of these high rollers who consider themselves untouchable, aided by regulatory inaction/apathy.

This culture really needs to change.

How convenient. And honestly, if you think these people cannot sink lower think again. Justin Toothless left us in a shambles and then went and picked up a directorship at some space bike company! Full pay, holiday, fine dining and everything. Some of these people are absolute lunatics and I say with a genuine hand on heart, no drama, teengers could better run some of these AIM companies. With tonnes more transparency and honesty.
