I'm asking a question, nick. Thank you for answering it and I appreciate it. It's just that I've never been in this particular phucking mess before. But of course there's always a first on here isn't there.

I take it that this inferior a stock split between the UK and JSX which will mean our holdings get condensed down but the price will change?

It was always silly. It's a setup living beyond its means imo and more fool me for being taken in by the assets.

There has been precious little attempt by this lot to communicate with UK shareholders recently, -who have carried it. All they're interested in is telling us what they want to do in Africa re: a listing. For all we know we are off market here and stuck on a private exchange or left seeking UK brokers who deal in the Jo stock exchange. I can see it coming because time is ticking down and they appear to be in no rush as per usual.

I see Marula has now managed to get itself suspended. How comforting.

I'm not the 'same in Maru' because I'm not IN Maru. I've never been in there and I've never posted there so you must be confusing me with someone else.

Neither am I a quick-buck trader but thanks for mapping my objectives and life out for me. I genuinely wished to hold here long term when I invested last year. If I'm inconvenient for you just block me. I'm not going to stop being critical of a company that has let shareholders down and left them hanging. And yes, I can assure you that if they ever bother to unlock all our money, I will be out and very fast. And at a loss, not because I'm a day trader having a tantrum. The trust is gone for me, man.

It's difficult to know if it's British incompetence on this side or the company being contemptuous of the process here.

I don't personally care what they do except to get this relisted so I and others can get out. They can strut about all they want, we are coming into a six-month suspension over "accounts" whilst these guys fly about and country hop. Good for them. I'm just done with it. If it comes back I don't think the treatment of shareholders or behaviour will improve and I'd rather put what remains of the money they've not kept me from accessing into British FTSE100 companies because as plodding as they are, they're reliable, steady and generally do what they say they'll do.

I do too but I'm not reassured at all atm. An Africa only listing at least looks likely based on the wording of this imo. A London listing isn't even mentioned except in passing and in the context of ambiguity. It wouldn't surprise me if they intend this to be an Africa-only listed company. In which case wth do we do? Not every UK broker trades JSE.

Word salad until a specific London listing is penned and funding secured/accounts sorted. All this RNS tells me is they are more interested in the JSX.

Many of these small companies treat their shareholders appallingly imo. From now on it's FTSE100 companies and established funds for me. Boring but reliable. It'll be a hard slog but I'm determined to put back everything I've lost from my wages through saving diligently.

I genuinely, honestly, wish I'd never got involved here. The assets and presentations seemed amazing and it was the last roll of the dice for me . It was quite clear that this thing was never going to suddenly come good by the last few days of June. They have a month before we get delisted as far as I know though it could work differently on LSE. Brewer doesn't have the same long reach here as with Marula but even so, the absolute silence in terms of a plan to return to market is deafening. I no longer like or trust this company and if it ever gets back I'm gone in a flash. I don't care if it has the best assets on the planet and all the potential to power all of the uranium sector, none of it is worth a jot if you cannot function as an active entity. I got booted out of the Telegram group for saying so and presumably being a nuisance with it though heyho, it has come to pass that the company seems to have no intention of organising a relist when it should (by June 30th). It wouldn't surprise me if the entire setup collapses tbh. Hope I'm wrong but...lesson learned, never again for me.

Verdict: All killer, no filler thus far.

Get this thing back to market so those of us who thoroughly don't trust this now flagrant lifestyle company can get out.

I'll be honest, I'm not hopeful about this one and if, and it is an if, it does come back to market then I'm out of it straight away and off these small companies forever. I've literally had it with the amount of sheer garbage they throw at their retail investors. Taking time to do a set of company accounts does NOT take 6 months ffs. And nor should it. This isn't a FTSE 100 company. Like a lot of these sentiment-driven small fries it dangles endless carrots in terms of fine assets and giant potential but then fail to ever get off the ground. I feel that there are finance-related problems behind the scenes and we are just sitting ducks. Prove me wrong. In any case I'm dunzo with anything under FTSE 250. Slow plodding dividend payers and established companies from now on. I can't keep feathering the nests of these money men who deliver little to nothing. And yet are jet setting around on our time and money.

If it comes back and comes good great, but I'm out on day one. I've just had enough.

It's a bloody disgrace tbh.
