The 10 pence drop here is a tad overdone to say the least.

This is one of the strongest British companies out there atm so should be back on the level soon.

I do want to say thanks to NEO for getting this back to market as so many of us wanted. If they can keep to schedule and get their accounts in on time it could be a huge deal for you guys. My road ends here but I genuinely hope they don't let holders down oing forward and fulfil the massive potential that they have. GLA.

Well, like I say, the immediate danger is that if they dawdle with the latest accounts to be completed by March 31st (not that far away) we're suspended again. This is a man that seems to have no problem saddling his companies and shareholders with long, drawn out waits off the market. I'm not saying good things aren't going on in the background but is all of this nonsense across two or more companies to be the norm going forward? Who is going to want to invest if they think they could be locked out for months or like us, almost a year? It's something I hope this mgmt get on top of.

Re: Marula. It's also worth noting that under Mr Brewer, Marula has been suspended twice for accounts reasons, first in July 2024 and again this year. The first time trading resumed a few months later and the most recent suspension sees the shares still in limbo for nearly six months. In relation to the 2024 suspension, on resumption of trading this message was offered in an RNS:

'Following the publication of the Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Ordinary Shares in the Company will be restored to trading on the Apex Segment of the AQSE Growth Market and on A2X Markets with effect from 08:00 a.m. on 16 September 2024.'

This is a thing that we, here, have failed to see. There has been no mention, nay courtesy, of a specific date and time as Marula got in 2024. Here, we are left dangling still. And hence why I find it very difficult to get back on the NEO train. I have no doubt JB is a genuine workaholic with (I hope) good intent and big dreams and plans. But his companies execution at plenty of times leaves a lot to be desired imo. Now, there are plenty that can rough it out and see it through but I've been here so many times where you get stiffed by these small mining companies and with no apology or empathy, and as I say with this sort of track record the chances of it happening again next year remain too much of a risk for me.

Honestly, I get what you're saying, jf. If I felt as if this wasn't the kind of company that could just eff up again and go offmarket again for months/years I'd probably stick with it. But the chances of us being back here again are imo pretty high. I wish it wasn't so but I can't afford to spend another year out of pocket because they can't get their house in order. Another of JB's companies, Marula, has been suspended since July 2025 and are treading water hoping, like us. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I was attracted here by the fabulous assets and the potential to be part of an exciting story going forward. I was prepared to wait. I can certainly wait 18 months for this company to reach its potential. That's not the problem. The problem for me is will it ever get there if simple things like doing your accounts knock the whole thing out for months on end. I simply can't afford the worry of it happening again. But best of luck to everyone who does stuck it out. Should we ever get back to an organised market. Do I trust him? Sorry, but no I do not. I can't get over that hill no matter how hard I try.

They'd better get their skates on imo. The next set of accounts are due by March this year so not long to get those in order either.

I don't think we'll see relist this year sadly. What they should be doing is giving us a forward and specific date that they will. I don't care if it's next week or January. Just give people access to their frozen funds back after nearly a year. If they're frightened of a dumping before news is out so what, be a good, trustworthy company and build your base up. You don't need people like me clogging the lane up carping to get out. Let me out and I'm gone. Someone with more energy who believes in your journey can have my stock and on you go.

I get the sense of this. It's laid out in a timeline fashion but there's no attempt to suggest a relist date in London. It does however, sound more professional and organised as if the strings are being pulled together.

Under the Implementation Assessment, it is currently proposed that the re-commencement of mining and processing activities at the Beisa Mine will proceed in four phases:

i. Phase 1A (months 0-3) covering site re-establishment, shaft refurbishment initiation, workforce recruitment engagement, and financing package finalisation;

ii. Phase 1B (months 3-9) for shaft equipment upgrades, underground development, gold plant recommissioning, and uranium circuit design finalisation;

iii. Phase 1C (months 9-15) for uranium plant construction, processing circuit integration, safety systems upgrade, and regulatory inspections; and

iv. Phase 1D (months 18-24) for production ramp-up with first ore production, processing commissioning, ramp to nameplate capacity, and first uranium sales targeted in H1 2027.

They also need to notify by RNS when they are to resume trading, or aiming for. They can't just begin on Monday because that's done so off we go. Everything they do has to be RNSed for formality. Hopefully that's not too far off now. Things appear to be lining up at last. GLA.

They can't trade on this market until they've squared that glaring red error off of Companies House.

There is no date for readmission. So no news on a relist per se. However, the presentation does look positive and logic should tell that these puzzle pieces coming together points the way to that at some point. But as yet nothing specific. We had someone on another board (a known excitable type that leaps before looking) that this would be trading today which is patent rubbish.

As far as the presentation goes I absolutely love the timeline, which has been lacking and is now there. That is excellent and the best friend a shareholder can have in this game, even if just simply to hold them to. The detail of value and forward planning looks better to me than anything they've put out in the past. I'm still wary. We're not at the end yet, but this is certainly a vast improvement. Companies House still overdue but that may well now be in the works and will hopefully change soon. Let's hope it's a merry Christmas, it's been a hell of a bad road this.
